UP Assistant Professor 2026 : Eligibility
Assistant Professor के लिए Eligibility विषय के अनुसार अलग-अलग हो सकती है। सामान्य विषयों के लिए उम्मीदवार के पास संबंधित या मान्य Equivalent Subject में Postgraduate Degree होनी चाहिए। इसमें कम से कम 55% Marks या जहां Grading System लागू है, वहां Equivalent Grade होना चाहिए।

- SC/ST/OBC/PwD आदि निर्धारित श्रेणियों के लिए Educational Qualification में 5% Marks की छूट का प्रावधान है। इसके अलावा 19 September 1991 से पहले Ph.D. Degree प्राप्त करने वाले कुछ उम्मीदवारों के लिए 5% छूट देकर Minimum 50% Marks तक की व्यवस्था दी गई है।
UP Assistant Professor 2026 : Age Relaxation
Notification के अनुसार Age Calculation की Date 01 July 2026 रखी गई है और पद के लिए अधिकतम आयु 62 Years है। Notification में अलग-अलग Reserved Categories के लिए कोई अलग Age Relaxation Table निर्धारित रूप से नहीं दी गई है। इसलिए उम्मीदवारों को Age से संबंधित जानकारी के लिए Notification में दी गई सीमा को ही आधार मानना चाहिए।

UP Assistant Professor Recruitment 2026: Exam Pattern
UP Assistant Professor Selection Exam में पहले Written Exam होगा और उसके बाद Interview के आधार पर Final Merit तैयार की जाएगी। Written Exam 360 Marks का होगा और इसमें कुल 120 Objective Questions पूछे जाएंगे। परीक्षा की अवधि 2 Hours रहेगी।
Written Exam में 30 Questions General Knowledge से और 90 Questions संबंधित Subject से होंगे। हर Question में चार Options दिए जाएंगे और उम्मीदवार को केवल एक सबसे उपयुक्त Answer चुनना होगा। सही Answer पर 3 Marks मिलेंगे, जबकि गलत या एक से अधिक Answer देने पर 1 Mark की Negative Marking होगी।

- Final Merit Written Exam के 360 Marks और Interview के 40 Marks को मिलाकर तैयार की जाएगी। अगर दो या अधिक उम्मीदवारों के Marks समान होते हैं, तो पहले Written Exam के Marks देखे जाएंगे।

Application Process
UP Assistant Professor Recruitment के लिए आवेदन केवल Online Mode में किया जाएगा। उम्मीदवारों को सबसे पहले One Time Registration (OTR) पूरा करना होगा। OTR पूरा होने के बाद ही Online Application Form भरा जा सकेगा। किसी अन्य माध्यम से भेजे गए आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे।
