आवेदन करने के लिए अभ्यर्थियों को आधिकारिक पोर्टल के माध्यम से दो चरणों (Step-I और Step-II) में ऑनलाइन प्रक्रिया पूरी करनी होगी: 

1. सबसे पहले आधिकारिक वेबसाइट www.krdp.org.in पर जाएँ और “VACANCY” टैब पर क्लिक करें। 
2. दिशानिर्देशों को पढ़कर ‘I Agree’ चेकबॉक्स पर क्लिक करें और ‘Start’ बटन दबाएँ। 
3. Step-I (Sign Up): अपना मान्य मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल आईडी दर्ज करके साइन अप करें। ईमेल पर प्राप्त वन-टाइम पासवर्ड (OTP) व लॉगिन विवरण सत्यापित करें। 
4. Step-II (Application Submission): नए पासवर्ड से लॉगिन करें और अपनी व्यक्तिगत, संपर्क एवं शैक्षणिक योग्यता की जानकारी दर्ज करें। 
5. Document Upload:
   1. Photograph: हालिया पासपोर्ट साइज़ रंगीन फोटो (200×230 पिक्सल, 50 KB से 100 KB, JPG/JPEG फॉर्मेट)। 
   2. Signature: श्वेत कागज़ पर काली स्याही के पेन से किया गया हस्ताक्षर (140×60 पिक्सल, 10 KB से 50 KB, JPG/JPEG फॉर्मेट)।

KRDP Recruitment 2026 : Selection Process

KRDP में Various Positions पर Selection  Merit  एवं Eligibility के आधार पर निम्नलिखित चरणों के माध्यम से किया जाएगा: 

• Stage 01: Computer Based Test (CBT): सभी पदों के लिए 120 प्रश्नों की 2 घंटे (120 मिनट) की ऑनलाइन कंप्यूटर आधारित वस्तुनिष्ठ परीक्षा आयोजित होगी। 
• Stage 02: Skill Test / Typing Test: केवल जूनियर असिस्टेंट और लोअर डिवीजन क्लर्क (LDC) पद के लिए क्वालीफाइंग प्रकृति का टाइपिंग टेस्ट लिया जाएगा। 
• Stage 03: Document Verification (DV): सीबीटी की मेरिट के आधार पर शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए अभ्यर्थियों के मूल दस्तावेजों और स्वप्रमाणित छायाप्रतियों का सत्यापन किया जाएगा। 
• Stage 04: Medical Fitness Examination: अंतिम चयन से पूर्व निर्धारित नियमों के अनुसार मेडिकल परीक्षण उत्तीर्ण करना अनिवार्य होगा।

• दिल्ली/एनसीआर, मुंबई, बेंगलुरु, हैदराबाद, जयपुर, पुणे, तिरुवनंतपुरम, लखनऊ, पटना, रांची, अहमदाबाद, जम्मू, भुवनेश्वर, वाराणसी और शिलांग (सहित कुल 21 केंद्र)। 

KRDP Recruitment 2026 : Preparation Tips

1. Part-II (Professional Knowledge) पर विशेष ध्यान: कुल 120 में से 80 प्रश्न आपके संबंधित विषय/ट्रेड से पूछे जाएँगे। अतः अपने Core subject के सिद्धांतों और व्यावहारिक ज्ञान को गहराई से दोहराएँ। 
2. नेगेटिव मार्किंग का लाभ: परीक्षा में कोई नेगेटिव मार्किंग नहीं है, इसलिए समय प्रबंधन बेहतर रखते हुए सभी 120 प्रश्नों को हल करने का प्रयास करें। 
3. टाइपिंग स्पीड का अभ्यास: यदि आपने Clerk या Junior Assistant position के लिए आवेदन किया है, तो प्रतिदिन 30–35 WPM की गति और सटीकता बनाए रखने के लिए Keyboard Practice जारी रखें। 
4. General Awareness and Basic Maths: 40 अंकों के पार्ट-I के लिए सामान्य जागरूकता, करंट अफेयर्स और अंकगणित का नियमित अभ्यास करें। 

KRDP Recruitment 2026 : Admit Card & Result

• Admit Card: परीक्षा के ई-प्रवेश पत्र डाक द्वारा नहीं भेजे जाएँगे। अभ्यर्थी परीक्षा तिथि से पूर्व आधिकारिक पोर्टल www.krdp.org.in से अपना एडमिट कार्ड डाउनलोड कर सकेंगे। परीक्षा केंद्र पर ई-एडमिट कार्ड के साथ एक मूल फोटो पहचान पत्र (जैसे वोटर आईडी, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, पैन कार्ड, पासपोर्ट अथवा सरकारी फोटो पहचान पत्र) ले जाना अनिवार्य है। 
• Result & Merit List: कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा में प्राप्त Numbers मेरिट के आधार पर Shortlisted Candidates की सूची Official Website पर प्रकाशित की जाएगी, जिसके बाद उन्हें Document Verification के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। 

Document Verification (DV) Checklist

Verification के समय Candidates को निम्नलिखित सभी Original Certificate एवं उनकी एक Set Self-Attested Photocopies प्रस्तुत करनी होंगी: 

• 10वीं/मैट्रिकुलेशन का Original Certificate (जन्मतिथि सत्यापन हेतु)। 
• निर्धारित न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता (डिग्री/डिप्लोमा/12वीं/आईटीआई) के सभी वर्षों/Semester की Mark Sheets एवं Original Certificate।
