BHEL Artisan Grade IV भर्ती का Selection Process दो चरणों (Two Stages) में विभाजित है। Candidates को Final Merit List में शामिल होने के लिए दोनों Stages को पास करना अनिवार्य है।

Shortlisting Mechanism: सबसे पहले सभी Candidates (UR और Reserved) को Unreserved Category (UR) में मेरिट के आधार पर 1:5 के अनुपात में Shortlist किया जाता है। इसके बाद बची हुई Vacancies के लिए Reserved Categories (EWS/OBC/SC/ST) के Candidates को अलग से Shortlist किया जाता है।
