Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a University Degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution. This ensures that candidates have the necessary academic background to handle the responsibilities of the posts, which involve administrative, operational, and technical tasks.
2. Age Limit
The age limit for the posts is between 18 and 33 years. Age relaxations are provided as follows:

3. Medical Standards
Candidates must meet specific medical standards, including visual acuity and general fitness, as outlined in the Indian Railway Medical Manual (IRMM). For example:
A-2 (Station Master): Distant Vision 6/9, 6/9 without glasses; candidates with LASIK surgery are ineligible.
B-2 and C-2: Varying visual acuity standards, with specific requirements for near vision and field of vision.
4. Nationality
Eligible candidates include Indian citizens, subjects of Nepal/Bhutan, Tibetan refugees, and other specified categories, with a certificate of eligibility required for non-Indian citizens.
Application Process
The application process for RRB NTPC (Graduate) is entirely online and must be completed through the official RRB websites. Key steps include:
Choose an RRB: Candidates can apply to only one RRB. Multiple applications to different RRBs will lead to disqualification.
Create an Account: New candidates must create an account using a valid mobile number and email ID, which cannot be changed later. Existing account holders from CENs notified in 2024 can use the same credentials.
Fill the Application Form:
Provide personal details, educational qualifications, and community/category information.
Upload a recent color passport photograph (35mm x 45mm, 20–50 KB, JPG/JPEG) and a signature (10–40 KB, JPG/JPEG).
Indicate post preferences based on eligibility.
Pay the Examination Fee:
General/UR: ₹500 (₹400 refunded after appearing in 1st Stage CBT)

3.Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) (For Station Master)
Eligibility: Candidates who qualify 2nd Stage CBT and have opted for Station Master.
Qualifying Marks: Minimum T-Score of 42 in each test battery.

Syllabus
The recruitment process includes a 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT), a 2nd Stage CBT, and skill tests (where applicable). The syllabus for the CBTs is as follows:
1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT)
This is a common screening test for all posts. The standard of questions will generally be in conformity with the educational standards prescribed for the posts.

2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT)

Skill Tests
Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)
This is mandatory for candidates who have opted for the Station Master post. Candidates need to secure a minimum T-Score of 42 in each test battery to qualify. The merit list will be prepared with 70% weightage given to 2nd Stage CBT marks and 30% to CBAT marks.
Typing Skill Test (TST)
This is required for the posts of Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist and Senior Clerk cum Typist. It is qualifying in nature. Candidates must be able to type 30 words per minute (WPM) in English or 25 WPM in Hindi on a personal computer.
Result
The results for the various stages of the RRB NTPC (Graduate) examination will be published on the official RRB websites. The final result will be declared after all stages of the examination are complete. To check the result, follow these steps:
Visit the official website of the RRB you applied to.
The results will be available in PDF format, containing the roll numbers of the shortlisted candidates.
After the Computer Based Tests (CBTs), the RRB will release provisional answer keys on its websites. Candidates will be able to raise objections, if any, within a stipulated time by paying a prescribed fee. The final selection will be made strictly on merit, based on the performance of the candidate in the 2nd Stage CBT and the Computer-Based Typing Skill Test or Computer Based Aptitude Test (as applicable).
Admit Card
The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will issue e-Call letters to eligible candidates for all stages of the examination. You can download your e-Call letter from the official RRB websites by following these steps:
Visit the official website of the RRB you applied to.
Information about your exam city and date will be made available about 10 days prior to the exam.
You will be able to download your e-Call letter 4 days before your exam date.
No call letter will be sent by post. You must bring a printout of the e-Call letter to the examination hall.
Important: Along with the e-Call letter, you must carry one original valid photo ID (like a Voter Card, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, etc.). Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories who have opted for the free travel facility must also carry their original caste certificate.
Preparation Tips For the Exam : As this exam is computer based examination (CBT) so requires effective time management . Candidates must follow these steps during their prepartion to get selected :
Students must create a time table and plan study sessions . Revise notes properly and frequently to make them sustain for the long time.
Students should understand exam pattern first and give enough mocks to understand type of questions and exam pattern.
After completing 70 % syllabus students are advised to give a mock per day and analysis it properly . Make a note book and note down all the questions that you have not solved in mock and try to find out solution for those questions.
In a week there should be a day fixed for the effective revision . On that day students should revise all the thing that he studied for the whole week .
Solve previous year questions as many as possible. Note down all the questions that you are not able to solve .
After CBT -2 typing test is also a stage for some posts so student should practise typing daily for 30 or 40 mintues . If you are unable to qualify typing test , you will not be considered for final selection.
In some post after CBT -2 , CBAT is conducted and this is the last stage for the exam. Students are advised to understand pattern of the test.
