रेलवे भर्ती बोर्ड ने शुद्धिपत्र संख्या 2 के तहत कुल रिक्तियों की संख्या को 9,970 से बढ़ाकर 10,970 कर दिया है। इसका सीधा मतलब है कि पूरे देश में 1,000 नए पदों को जोड़ा गया है। कुछ चुनिंदा रेलवे भर्ती बोर्ड (RRB Zones) में पदों की संख्या में जो बदलाव किया गया है, उसका पूरा विवरण नीचे दी गई तालिका में है:

RRB ALP 2025 Vacancy Update : Selection Process
RRB ALP की चयन प्रक्रिया काफी कड़ी होती है क्योंकि इसमें लोको पायलट की मानसिक और शारीरिक क्षमता दोनों की गहराई से जांच की जाती है। इस भर्ती प्रक्रिया में कुल 5 चरण होते हैं:
- प्रथम चरण सीबीटी (CBT-1): यह केवल एक स्क्रीनिंग टेस्ट होता है, जिसका उद्देश्य योग्य उम्मीदवारों को छांटना है। इसके अंक फाइनल मेरिट सूची में नहीं जोड़े जाते हैं।
- द्वितीय चरण सीबीटी (CBT-2): यह पूरी भर्ती का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण चरण है। इसके दो भाग होते हैं Part A (जिसके अंकों पर फाइनल मेरिट बनती है) और Part B (जो केवल क्वालिफाइंग प्रकृति का होता है)।
- कंप्यूटर आधारित योग्यता परीक्षण (CBAT): इसे आमतौर पर ‘साइकॉलॉजिकल टेस्ट’ भी कहा जाता है। इसमें केवल वही उम्मीदवार शामिल हो सकते हैं जो CBT-2 को पास करते हैं।
- दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन : इस चरण में सफल उम्मीदवारों के सभी मूल प्रमाणपत्रों की सत्यता की जांच की जाती है।
- चिकित्सा परीक्षण : चूंकि यह लोको पायलट का पद है, इसलिए इसमें A-1 मेडिकल स्टैंडर्ड होना अनिवार्य है (जैसे कि बिना चश्मे के 6/6 दृष्टि होना)।
Latest Updates on RRB ALP Exam 2025 :
चूंकि यह भर्ती अप्रैल 2025 में निकाली गई थी, इसलिए इसके एप्लिकेशन की प्रक्रिया मई 2025 में ही पूरी कर ली गई थी। हाल ही में 21 मई 2026 को रेलवे भर्ती बोर्ड ने आधिकारिक रूप से शुद्धिपत्र संख्या 2 जारी कर रिक्तियों को बढ़ाया है। इस भर्ती की प्रथम चरण परीक्षा (CBT-1) आयोजित की जा चुकी है और अब बोर्ड इसके परिणाम और अगले चरण यानी द्वितीय चरण सीबीटी (CBT-2) के आयोजन की दिशा में बढ़ रहा है। जो उम्मीदवार CBT-1 के निर्धारित कट-ऑफ को पार करेंगे (जो कि प्रत्येक RRB ज़ोन की कुल रिक्तियों का 15 गुना चुने जाएंगे), उन्हें ही CBT-2 परीक्षा में बैठने का अवसर दिया जाएगा।
