• APATHY means the feeling of not being interested or lack of emotion.

Example: They told me about isolation and public apathy.

• Now let's look at the meaning of other given options-

• Sympathy: the feeling of being sorry for

somebody; showing that you understand and care about somebody's problems.

The correct answer is option (4)

• Massive means weighty, heavy or bulky.

• Huge means anything which is very large.

• The meaning of other words-

• Honour means recognition of importance or value; respect or veneration.

• Majority means a larger part of some group; more than 50%

• Muscular relates specially with well-developed muscles.

• First and fourth both the options connect with word Massive but huge is more appropriate.

The correct answer is option 3 i.e. severe.
