Non-Creamy Layer Certificate: OBC वर्ग के उम्मीदवारों को Central Government द्वारा तय किए गए फॉर्मेट में अपना OBC Non-Creamy Layer सर्टिफिकेट अपलोड करना होगा।
Validity: यह प्रमाण पत्र आवेदन की तारीख से 1 साल से अधिक पुराना नहीं होना चाहिए।
Self-Declaration: उम्मीदवारों को एक Self-Declaration भी देना होगा कि वे Creamy Layer में नहीं आते हैं।
