स्वायत्त शासन विभाग (Local Self Government Department), राजस्थान सरकार द्वारा राज्य के नगरीय निकायों में सफाई व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ एवं प्रभावी बनाने के लिए संविदा सफाई कर्मचारी सीधी भर्ती 01/2026 का आधिकारिक नोटिफिकेशन जारी कर दिया गया है। इस भर्ती अभियान के माध्यम से प्रदेश की कुल 183 नगरीय निकायों में संविदा सफाई कर्मचारी के 24,752 पदों पर रिक्तियां भरी जाएंगी।

Work Experience Requirement
  • Minimum 1 year of sanitation work experience in any Urban Local Body of the state.
  •  The 1-year experience can be continuous or cumulative (calculated across different separate time intervals).
Authorized Issuing Authorities for Experience Certificate
  • 1. Direct Employment by ULB: Must be issued by the Chief Municipal Officer (CMO) or an officer authorized by them.
  • 2. Contractual / Agency Employment: Certificate issued by the contractor/authorized agency—duly verified and countersigned after document verification by:
  •  Municipal Board / Municipal Council level: Chief Municipal Officer (CMO).
  • Municipal Corporation level: Deputy Commissioner (Personnel) or an officer authorized by the Commissioner (not below the rank of Deputy Commissioner).
Application Constraint
  • Candidates can apply for only ONE Urban Local Body of their choice among the 183 advertised ULBs.
  •  Warning: If a candidate applies to more than one ULB, all their applications will be rejected.
Experience Certificate Validity Date
  • The certificate MUST be issued after August 1, 2026, and before the last date of application.
  • Certificates issued prior to August 1, 2026, will NOT be accepted.

सफाई कर्मचारी भर्ती में चयन किसी लिखित परीक्षा के बजाय लॉटरी प्रक्रिया द्वारा किया जाएगा; लॉटरी में अभ्यर्थियों को मिलने वाली प्राथमिकता का क्रम नीचे तालिका में स्पष्ट किया गया है:

  • Candidates will be evaluated on actual ground-level cleaning/sanitation tasks (e.g., drain cleaning, road sweeping, waste collection/segregation).
Practical Test Evaluation
  • Duration & Assessment: Candidates will be assessed on their efficiency, work experience, skill, and knowledge of cleaning tools and safety equipment.
  • Weightage/Marks: Marks/grades will be awarded based on performance in practical tasks as determined by the Selection Committee.
Selection Committee
  • The evaluation will be conducted by a committee formed at the respective Urban Local Body (ULB) level (Municipal Corporation / Municipal Council / Municipal Board).
Final Merit List
  • The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks/performance in the Practical Test / Interview and relevant verified work experience.
Document Verification (DV)
  • Shortlisted candidates must present all original documents for verification, including:
  • Valid Experience Certificate (issued after Aug 1, 2026)
  •  Proof of Age / Date of Birth
  • Domicile / Residence Certificate

राजस्थान संविदा सफाई कर्मचारी भर्ती 2026 के लिए केवल ऑनलाइन आवेदन ही स्वीकार किए जाएंगे। आवेदन करने की संपूर्ण चरणबद्ध प्रक्रिया निम्नलिखित है:

  1. SSO Portal Login: राजस्थान सरकार के आधिकारिक SSO Portal (sso.rajasthan.gov.in) पर जाएं और अपनी SSO ID व पासवर्ड से लॉग इन करें।
  2. Select Recruitment Portal: Citizen Apps (G2C) सेक्शन के अंतर्गत “Recruitment Portal” का चयन करें और राजस्थान सफाई कर्मचारी भर्ती 2026 के सामने “Apply Now” विकल्प पर क्लिक करें।
  3. Complete One Time Registration (OTR): यदि आपने पूर्व में One Time Registration (OTR) शुल्क का भुगतान नहीं किया है, तो अपनी श्रेणी (General/OBC/SC/ST/EWS) चुनकर निर्धारित पंजीयन शुल्क जमा करें। (यदि पूर्व में OTR शुल्क दिया जा चुका है, तो दोबारा शुल्क देय नहीं होगा)।

    • निर्धारित प्रारूप (JPEG, 20KB-50KB) में अपने हस्ताक्षर और अंगूठे का निशान अपलोड करें।
    • अधिकृत अधिकारी द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित 1 वर्ष का अनुभव प्रमाण-पत्र निर्धारित आकार में अपलोड करें।
  6. Single ULB Selection & Final Submit: अपनी इच्छानुसार केवल एक नगरीय निकाय (ULB) का चयन करें। फॉर्म सबमिट करने से पूर्व प्रविष्टियों का ‘Preview’ ध्यानपूर्वक देख लें। फॉर्म सबमिट होने के बाद प्राप्त Application ID और आवेदन पत्र का प्रिंटआउट निकालकर भविष्य के लिए सुरक्षित रख लें।
