वर्ष 2026 में NFL ने “Management Trainee Recruitment 2026” के अंतर्गत एक नई भर्ती अधिसूचना जारी की है। इस भर्ती के माध्यम से विभिन्न तकनीकी और गैर-तकनीकी क्षेत्रों में कुल 21 पदों पर योग्य और प्रतिभाशाली उम्मीदवारों का चयन किया जाएगा। इसमें मुख्य रूप से मार्केटिंग, फाइनेंस एंड अकाउंट्स (F&A), मैटेरियल्स, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी (IT), इलेक्ट्रिकल और केमिकल जैसे विभाग शामिल हैं। इस भर्ती प्रक्रिया के तहत उम्मीदवारों का चयन लिखित परीक्षा OMR और Interview के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। लिखित परीक्षा में विषय संबंधित ज्ञान के साथ-साथ एप्टीट्यूड, रीजनिंग, इंग्लिश और सामान्य ज्ञान से जुड़े प्रश्न पूछे जाएंगे। चयनित उम्मीदवारों को NFL के विभिन्न यूनिट्स में Training दी जाएगी , जिसके बाद उन्हें E-1 लेवल के पद पर नियुक्त किया जाएगा।

Step 2: Fill Details- प्राप्त यूज़र आईडी/पासवर्ड से लॉगिन करें। अपनी पोस्ट, पर्सनल डिटेल्स, शैक्षणिक योग्यता और अनुभव की सही जानकारी भरें।
Step 3:Upload Documents- दस्तावेज अपलोड करना मांगे गए सभी प्रमाणपत्रों की Self-Attested स्कैन कॉपी PDF फॉर्मेट (अधिकतम 2 MB) में अपलोड करें:
