JKSSB Class IV Recruitment 2026 : Notification Out For 2863 Posts !!

जम्मू-कश्मीर सर्विसेज सेलेक्शन बोर्ड (JKSSB) ने Advertisement Notification No. 09 Of 2026 जारी किया है। यह भर्ती जम्मू-कश्मीर के अलग-अलग विभागों में UT, Divisional और District Cadre के पदों के लिए निकाली गई है। इस भर्ती के तहत कुल 2863 पदों पर नियुक्ति की जाएगी। इन पदों के लिए Online Application की शुरुआत 05 अक्टूबर 2026 से होगी और उम्मीदवार 03 नवंबर 2026 तक आवेदन कर सकेंगे। भर्ती में Class-IV (MTS) और Sanitation Worker के पद शामिल हैं। उम्मीदवार के लिए जम्मू-कश्मीर का वैध Domicile Certificate होना जरूरी है।

Class-IV (MTS) के लिए न्यूनतम योग्यता Matric है, जबकि Sanitation Worker के लिए न्यूनतम योग्यता 8th Pass रखी गई है। दोनों पदों की अधिकतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता 10+2 है। इन पदों का Pay Scale SL1 है। Selection में Written Test के साथ Notification में दिए गए Additional Points को भी शामिल किया जाएगा।

JKSSB Class IV Recruitment 2026 : Eligibility

इस भर्ती में आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों का जम्मू-कश्मीर का Domicile होना जरूरी है। वैध Domicile Certificate अंतिम तारीख यानी 03.11.2026 तक होना चाहिए।

उम्मीदवार की निर्धारित योग्यता आवेदन की Cut-Off Date तक प्राप्त होनी चाहिए। Document Verification के समय Original Certificate दिखाना जरूरी होगा।

JKSSB Class IV Recruitment 2026 : Age Relaxation

उम्मीदवार की आयु 01.01.2026 के आधार पर तय की जाएगी। Open Merit के लिए अधिकतम आयु 40 वर्ष है, जबकि SC, ST-1, ST-2, RBA, ALC/IB, EWS और OBC के लिए अधिकतम आयु 43 वर्ष है। PwBD उम्मीदवारों के लिए अधिकतम आयु 42 वर्ष है।

Casual Worker On Additional Weightage  5 Years Relaxation

Ex-Servicemen के लिए Armed Forces में की गई Service अवधि को Actual Age से घटाने का प्रावधान है। Casual Workers को Notification में बताए गए नियमों के अनुसार Upper Age में 5 वर्ष की छूट दी गई है।

JKSSB Class IV Recruitment 2026 : Exam Pattern

JKSSB भर्ती का Written Examination Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions पर आधारित होगा। Notification के अनुसार प्रश्न केवल English Language में होंगे। गलत उत्तर देने पर उस प्रश्न के निर्धारित अंकों का One-Fourth Negative Marking के रूप में काटा जाएगा।

Selection में केवल Written Test के अंक ही नहीं, बल्कि Notification में निर्धारित Additional Points भी जोड़े जाएंगे। Cadre और Department का Allocation उम्मीदवार की Merit-Cum-Preference के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

UT Cadre के लिए कुल 100 अंकों का Selection Criteria रखा गया है। इसमें Written Test के 85 अंक हैं, जबकि तीन अलग-अलग पात्रता मानदंडों के लिए 5-5 अंक दिए जाएंगे।

Divisional Cadre

District Cadre में Written Test के 75 अंक निर्धारित हैं। इसके साथ Home District के लिए 10 अंक और अन्य निर्धारित criteria के लिए 5-5 अंक दिए जाएंगे।

Application Process

JKSSB Recruitment 2026 के लिए आवेदन केवल Online Mode में किया जाएगा। उम्मीदवार आवेदन करते समय सभी जानकारी ध्यान से भरें, क्योंकि Form Submit होने के बाद किसी भी जानकारी में बदलाव की अनुमति नहीं होगी। आवेदन की प्रक्रिया इस प्रकार है।

  1. सबसे पहले JKSSB की Official Website www.jkssb.nic.in पर जाएं।
  2. Recruitment से जुड़े Online Application Link पर जाएं।
  3. Registration Process पूरा करके Login करें।
  4. Application Form में अपना Name, Date Of Birth, Father’s Name और Mother’s Name Matriculation Certificate के अनुसार भरें।
  5. अपनी Eligibility और जिस Item/Post के लिए आवेदन करना है, उसे ध्यान से चुनें।
  6. मांगी गई जानकारी भरकर Live Photograph और Signature Upload करें। Signature का Size 10 KB से 20 KB होना चाहिए।
  7. अपनी Category के अनुसार Application Fee का Online Payment करें।
  8. Form Submit करने से पहले सभी Details को दोबारा Check करें।
  9. Application Form Submit करने के बाद उसका Printout निकालकर सुरक्षित रखें। इसे Document Verification के समय प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
