भारत सरकार के शिक्षा मंत्रालय के अधीन एक मिनी रत्न श्रेणी-I CPSE कंपनी, EdCIL (India) Ltd. ने आंध्र प्रदेश के विभिन्न नगर पालिकाओं में स्थापित होने वाले Autism Centres के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण भर्ती जारी की है। यह भर्ती Inclusive Education-PM SHRI, आंध्र प्रदेश के सहयोग से पूरी तरह से अनुबंध  के आधार पर की जा रही है।

EdCIL Multi-Disciplinary Recruitment 2026 : Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution. 
  • Valid registration/license to practice in India is mandatory.
2 Physiotherapist
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
  • Valid professional registration.
3 Psychologist
  • M.A. or M.Sc. in Psychology (Clinical/Counselling/Developmental Psychology preferred) from a recognized university.
  •  Experience in behavioral therapy and psychological assessment is desirable.
4 Speech Therapist
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
  •  Valid registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) is mandatory. Knowledge of Telugu and English is required.
5 Clinical Psychologist
  • Postgraduate Degree (PG) in Clinical Psychology from an RCI-recognized institution with valid RCI registration.
  •  Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of the Telugu language.
6 Special Educator (Secondary Level)
  • Must possess a valid CRR Number recognized by RCI and any one of the following qualifications: 
  •  Bachelor’s Degree + B.Ed. (Special Education), 
  •  Bachelor’s Degree + B.Ed. (General) with a 1-year Diploma in Autism/Intellectual Disability, 
  • Bachelor’s Degree + B.Ed. (General) with D.Ed. in Autism/Intellectual Disability. Additionally, 
  • AP TET (Paper-2B) 
  • CTET in Special Education is mandatory.
7 Special Educator (Primary Level)
  • Passed Intermediate (10+2) from a recognized board.
  •  Two-year Diploma in Autism/Intellectual Disability recognized by RCI with a valid CRR Number. 
  • AP TET (Paper-1B) or CTET in Special Education is mandatory.
8 PMU Consultant
  • Ph.D. or M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology, Psychology, or Special Education.
  •  Candidates with a Ph.D. in the field of rehabilitation of persons with disabilities will be given preference. 
  • Report writing ability and strong communication skills are mandatory.

EdCIL Multi-Disciplinary Recruitment 2026 : Selection Process

इस भर्ती के लिए किसी भी प्रकार की पारंपरिक Written Exam का आयोजन नहीं किया जा रहा है। 

1.Mode of Application: उम्मीदवारों के आवेदन केवल ऑनलाइन मोड के माध्यम से ही स्वीकार किए जाएंगे।

2.Basis of Selection: चयन प्रक्रिया मुख्य रूप से शैक्षणिक और व्यावसायिक योग्यताओं पर आधारित होगी। इसके साथ ही, सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा तय की गई निर्धारित तिथि और समय पर एक Interview भी आयोजित किया जाएगा।

3.Screening and Shortlisting: उम्मीदवारों की प्रारंभिक Screening and Shortlisting पूरी तरह से उनके द्वारा ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में प्रदान किए गए विवरण और अपलोड किए गए दस्तावेजों के आधार पर की जाएगी।

4.Document Verification: Interview के लिए बुलाए जाने पर, उम्मीदवारों को अपनी योग्यता, आयु, अनुभव आदि को प्रमाणित करने वाले सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज Originals में प्रस्तुत करने होंगे।

5.Interview Notice: भर्ती और साक्षात्कार से संबंधित पत्र या कोई भी पत्राचार केवल शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए उम्मीदवारों को भेजा जाएगा। यह सूचना उम्मीदवारों द्वारा उनके ऑनलाइन आवेदन में दिए गए E-mail पते पर ही भेजी जाएगी।

6.Eligibility and Right to Interview: केवल निर्धारित Eligibility criteria को पूरा कर लेने मात्र से किसी भी उम्मीदवार को यह अधिकार नहीं मिल जाता कि उसे Interview के लिए बुलाया ही जाएगा।

7.Waiting List: मुख्य रूप से चयनित उम्मीदवारों के अलावा एक प्रतीक्षा सूची भी तैयार की जाएगी। यदि कोई चयनित उम्मीदवार ज्वाइन नहीं करता है या कोई पद रिक्त रह जाता है, तो Waiting List में शामिल उपयुक्त उम्मीदवारों को उनकी योग्यता और अनुभव के आधार पर पदभार ग्रहण करने का अवसर दिया जा सकता है।

8.Grounds for Disqualification: आवेदन में किसी भी प्रकार की अधूरी, गलत या झूठी जानकारी concealment/misrepresentation की स्थिति में उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी स्वतः ही disqualify कर दी जाएगी।

Registration: Portal पर ‘New Registration’ पर क्लिक करें और अपनी मूल जानकारी दर्ज कर यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड बनाएं।

Fill out the form: लॉगिन करने के बाद आवेदन फॉर्म में अपनी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी, शैक्षणिक योग्यता, और अनुभव का विवरण बिल्कुल सटीक और सही भरें।

Upload Documents: अपनी शैक्षणिक मार्कशीट, डिग्री, अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र, आरसीआई पंजीकरण (यदि लागू हो) और अपना Resume केवल PDF फॉर्मेट में अपलोड करें।

Submit Form: भरे गए विवरणों को दोबारा जांच लें (क्योंकि गलत जानकारी देने पर आवेदन निरस्त कर दिया जाएगा) और फाइनल ‘Submit’ बटन पर क्लिक करें। भविष्य के संदर्भ के लिए आवेदन पत्र का प्रिंटआउट जरूर ले लें।
