इस परीक्षा में बैठने के लिए उम्मीदवारों को कुछ Educational Qualification और Age Limit के नियमों का पालन करना होगा।

Important Points On Qualification And Age Relaxation

• Minimum Qualifying Marks: जनरल, OBC और EWS वर्ग के लिए कम से कम 60% अंक होना जरूरी है। SC, ST, और PwBD उम्मीदवारों के लिए 5% की छूट है, यानी उन्हें 55% अंक चाहिए।
• Final Year Students: जो छात्र अपने अंतिम वर्ष में पढ़ाई कर रहे हैं और जिनका Result 31 अगस्त 2026 तक आ जायेगा, वे भी Apply कर सकते हैं।

Application Process

इस भर्ती के लिए आवेदन करना बहुत ही आसान है।

1. सबसे पहले Coal India की Official Website पर जाएँ (www.coalindia.in)।
2. Home Page पर “Career With CIL” सेक्शन में जाएँ और फिर “Jobs At Coal India” पर क्लिक करें।
3. अब “Apply Online” लिंक पर क्लिक करें और अपना Registration पूरा करें।
4. Registration के बाद आपको एक ID और Password मिलेगा।
5. अब अपना Online फॉर्म भरें। अपनी सारी जानकारी जैसे नाम, पता, योग्यता सही-सही भरें।
6. मांगे गए सभी जरूरी कागजात, जैसे Photo, Signature, Marksheets, Caste Certificate आदि को स्कैन करके Upload करें।
7. अंत में अपनी Category के अनुसार आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान Online करें।
8. फॉर्म Submit करने के बाद उसका एक Print Out जरूर निकाल लें, ताकि भविष्य में काम आ सके।

Coal India MT Recruitment 2026 : Salary Structure

Management Trainee के पद पर चयन होने के बाद, शुरुआत में एक साल की ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी।

Additional Benefits And Allowances

• Basic वेतन के अलावा उम्मीदवारों को महंगाई भत्ता (DA), मकान किराया भत्ता (HRA) और कार्य आधारित वेतन (PRP) भी मिलेगा।
• Medical सुविधाएं, छुट्टियां, पेंशन योजना, ग्रेच्युटी जैसी अन्य सुविधाएँ भी कंपनी के नियमों के अनुसार दी जाएंगी।
• Service Agreement Bond: चयनित उम्मीदवारों को कम से कम 60 महीने (5 साल) तक कंपनी में काम करने का Bond भरना होगा। इसके लिए 3 लाख रुपये का सर्विस बांड साइन करना होगा।

Coal India MT Recruitment 2026 : Selection Process

इस परीक्षा में कोई भी Interview नहीं होगा। चयन केवल परीक्षा के आधार पर होगा।

• Computer Based Test (CBT): सबसे पहले सभी योग्य उम्मीदवारों को एक कंप्यूटर Based परीक्षा देनी होगी। इसी परीक्षा के नंबरों के आधार पर अंतिम List तैयार की जाएगी।
• Document Verification (DV): जो उम्मीदवार परीक्षा पास कर लेंगे, उन्हें अपने असली दस्तावेजों की जांच के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
• Initial Medical Examination (IME): Appointment से पहले उम्मीदवारों को कंपनी की Medical Committee के द्वारा Initial चिकित्सा जांच से गुजरना होगा। शारीरिक रूप से फिट होना जरूरी है।

Important Rules For Exam :

• सभी प्रश्न MCQ होंगे।
• सही उत्तर के लिए 1 अंक मिलेगा।
• इस परीक्षा में कोई Negative Marking नहीं है।
• परीक्षा हिंदी और अंग्रेजी दोनों भाषाओं में होगी।
• Paper 1 और Paper 2 दोनों में अलग-अलग पास होना जरूरी है। जनरल और EWS को 40 अंक, OBC को 35 अंक और SC/ST/PwBD को कम से कम 30 अंक लाने होंगे।

Coal India MT Recruitment 2026 : Syllabus 

The Exam consists of two papers, and the Syllabus is designed to test both general aptitude and core technical knowledge.

Paper-I Syllabus (General Aptitude)

• General Knowledge / Awareness: Current Affairs (National and International), Indian History, Geography, Indian Economy, Indian Polity, Science and Technology, Environment, Sports, and Important Books & Authors.
• Reasoning: Logical Reasoning, Puzzles, Seating Arrangement, Coding-Decoding, Syllogism, Blood Relations, Direction Sense, Series, Analogy, and Non-Verbal Reasoning.
• Numerical Ability: Number System, Simplification, Percentage, Ratio and Proportion, Average, Time and Work, Time Speed and Distance, Profit and Loss, Simple and Compound Interest, Data Interpretation (DI), Mensuration, and Geometry.
• General English: Reading Comprehension, Error Spotting, Fill in the Blanks, Cloze Test, Synonyms and Antonyms, Idioms and Phrases, Sentence Rearrangement, and Active/Passive Voice.

Paper-II Syllabus (Professional Knowledge)

• This paper will consist of questions strictly related to the specific Discipline you have applied for.
• For example, Civil Engineering candidates will face questions from Building Materials, Structural Analysis, Soil Mechanics, Fluid Mechanics, etc.
• Electrical Engineering candidates will be tested on Power Systems, Electrical Machines, Control Systems, etc.
• Please refer to your Graduation or Post-Graduation curriculum, as the standard of questions will be of Degree/PG level corresponding to your subject.

• Understand The Exam Pattern: परीक्षा की तैयारी शुरू करने से पहले इसके तरीके और Syllabus को अच्छी तरह से समझ लें।
• Focus On Core Subject: Paper-II में आपके अपने विषय से सवाल पूछे जाएंगे, इसलिए अपने मुख्य विषयों को मजबूत करें।
• Practice Mock Tests: रोजाना Online मॉक टेस्ट दें। इससे आपको Time Management सीखने में मदद मिलेगी और आपकी गति बढ़ेगी।
• No Negative Marking: क्योंकि इस परीक्षा में कोई नेगेटिव मार्किंग नहीं है, इसलिए परीक्षा में सभी 200 सवालों को हल करने की कोशिश करें।
• Improve Basic Mathematics: गणित के सवालों के लिए शार्ट ट्रिक्स सीखें और पुराने प्रश्न Papers का Practice करें।
• Stay Updated: सामान्य ज्ञान के लिए रोज अख़बार पढ़ें और करेंट अफेयर्स की मैगज़ीन पढ़ें।

Admit Card

बिना Admit Card के किसी भी उम्मीदवार को परीक्षा केंद्र में Entry नहीं मिलेगा।

• Admit Card परीक्षा से कुछ दिन पहले Coal India की Official Website पर जारी किया जाएगा।
• सभी उम्मीदवारों को अपना ID और Password डालकर अपना Admit Card डाउनलोड करना होगा।
• Admit Card पर परीक्षा का नाम, केंद्र का पता, समय और अन्य जरूरी Instructions लिखे होंगे।
• परीक्षा वाले दिन Admit Card के साथ एक Original फोटो पहचान पत्र (जैसे Aadhar Card, PAN Card) भी साथ ले जाना न भूलें।

Result

परीक्षा होने के कुछ समय बाद Official Website पर Result जारी कर दिया जाएगा।

• Result को Eligibility सूची के रूप में Declare किया जाएगा, जो केवल परीक्षा में मिले अंकों पर Based होगी।
• जो उम्मीदवार कट-ऑफ को पार करेंगे, उनका नाम अंतिम चयन सूची में शामिल किया जाएगा।
• Result आने के बाद सफल उम्मीदवारों को उनके ईमेल पर Document Verification और मेडिकल टेस्ट के लिए Information दी जाएगी।
• उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे लगातार अपनी ईमेल और Official Website चेक करते रहें।
