HSSC CET Group C : Eligibility
इस भर्ती के लिए apply करने वाले candidates को निम्नलिखित eligibility criteria को पूरा करना होगा:
Educational Qualification:
- Essential: Candidate के पास मान्यता प्राप्त Board/Institution से 10+2 (First Division) या Graduation की डिग्री होनी चाहिए (पदों के अनुसार अलग-अलग)।
- Mandatory: Matriculation या higher education में Hindi या Sanskrit एक विषय के रूप में होना अनिवार्य है।
- Skill Requirement: Shorthand में निर्धारित speed (जैसे Hindi के लिए 64 w.p.m और English के लिए 80 w.p.m) और computer पर Transcription का ज्ञान होना चाहिए।
- CET: Candidate का Haryana CET Group C qualified होना अनिवार्य है।

HSSC CET Group C : Application Fee and Process
HSSC ने इस भर्ती के लिए सभी categories के candidates के लिए Application Fee माफ कर दी है।
Application Process:
- Candidates को official website पर जाना होगा।
- अपने CET Registration Number का उपयोग करके login करें।
- Application Form में मांगी गई सभी जानकारी सही-सही भरें।
- Required documents (photo, signature, educational certificates, reservation certificate, etc.) upload करें।
- Form submit करें और भविष्य के संदर्भ के लिए printout ले लें।
HSSC CET Group C : Salary
Selected candidates को पद के अनुसार निम्नलिखित Pay Scale दिया जाएगा:

HSSC CET Group C : Selection Process
Selection Process निम्नलिखित stages पर आधारित होगा :
- Shortlisting: CET marks के आधार पर candidates को shortlist किया जाएगा।
- Stenography Skill Test: यह Qualifying nature का होगा।
- Written Examination: Offline (OMR based) examination होगा |
- Document Verification: दस्तावेजों की जांच की जाएगी |

Note:
- हर प्रश्न 1 अंक का होगा।
- Negative Marking नहीं है, लेकिन अगर कोई candidate किसी प्रश्न का उत्तर नहीं देता है और OMR में 5th option नहीं भरता है, तो 1 mark deduct कर लिया जाएगा।
- Exam Bilingual (Hindi और English) होगा।
HSSC CET Group C : Syllabus
Stenography Skill Test Syllabus:
- English Shorthand: 80 w.p.m (Steno-Typist) / 100 w.p.m (Jr/Sr Scale). Transcription speed: 15-20 w.p.m. Mistakes should not exceed 8% (4% for Sr Scale).
- Hindi Shorthand: 64 w.p.m (Steno-Typist) / 80 w.p.m (Jr/Sr Scale). Transcription speed: 11-15 w.p.m.
Written Exam Syllabus:
- Subject Related (70%): Consonants, vowels, grammalogues, diphthongs, hooks, loops, prefixes, suffixes (English/Hindi Steno theory).
- General Awareness (20%): India & Haryana GK, Science, Reasoning, Maths, History, Geography, Environment.
- Computer (10%): Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Web Browsing, Emails.
Preparation Tips
- Skill Test Practice: Shorthand की speed बढ़ाने के लिए रोजाना Dictation का अभ्यास करें। Accuracy पर विशेष ध्यान दें क्योंकि mistakes की सीमा निर्धारित है।
- Focus on Syllabus: Written Exam में 70% प्रश्न Stenography subject से संबंधित होंगे, इसलिए अपनी Theory को मजबूत करें।
- Computer Knowledge: Computer fundamentals और MS Office की अच्छी जानकारी रखें, क्योंकि इसका weightage 10% है।
- Mock Tests: Exam pattern को समझने के लिए previous years के question papers और Mock Tests हल करें।
- Time Management: Written Exam और Skill Test दोनों के लिए time management का अभ्यास करें।
Admit Card
Admit Cards परीक्षा की तिथि से कुछ दिन पहले HSSC की official website पर जारी किए जाएंगे। Candidates को website से अपना Admit Card download करना होगा। Admit Card पर Examination Centre, Time और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश अंकित होंगे।
Result
Exam संपन्न होने के बाद, Commission अपनी website पर Result घोषित करेगा। Final Selection लिखित परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों और Skill Test (Qualifying) के आधार पर होगा। Candidates को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे updates के लिए नियमित रूप से HSSC portal check करते रहें।
