उम्मीदवारों के लिए Graduation के साथ English Shorthand और Typing की निर्धारित speed जरूरी है। SPA के लिए Shorthand में 110 w.p.m. और PA के लिए 100 w.p.m. की speed चाहिए, जबकि दोनों पदों के लिए Computer पर English Typing speed 40 w.p.m. होनी चाहिए।
