  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a University established by Law in India OR a qualification recognized as equivalent.
  • Candidates must have a Good knowledge of English Shorthand and Typewriting with a minimum speed of 100 wpm (Shorthand) and 40 wpm (Typing).
  • Candidates must have a Knowledge of Data Entry, Word Processing, and Computer Operation.

Preferential Qualification (Preference):

Note : Allahabad High Court के Rules के अनुसार, अगर दो Candidates की Qualification और अंक सामान होते हैं, तो कुछ Candidates को Extra Preference दी जाएगी |

  • जिन Candidates ने Territorial Army में कम से कम 2 साल Service की है, उन्हें Preference मिल सकती है |

  • जिन Candidates के पास NCC का ‘B’ Certificate है, उन्हें भी Priority दी जा सकती है।

  • इसका मतलब यह है कि अगर बाकी Conditions सामान हों, तो ऐसे Candidates को चयन में Advantage मिल सकता है।

  • सबसे पहले Allahabad High Court की Official Website www.allahabadhighcourt.in पर जाएं।

  • फिर होमपेज पर Private Secretary (Grade-I) भर्ती 2026 का लिंक ढूंढकर उस पर क्लिक करें।

  • अब New Registration करके अपना नाम, मोबाइल नंबर और ई-मेल आईडी दर्ज करें।

  • Registration पूरा होने के बाद लॉगिन करें और Online आवेदन फॉर्म को ध्यान से भरें।

  • इसके बाद जरूरी Documents जैसे फोटो, Signature आदि अपलोड करें।

  • फिर अपनी Category के अनुसार आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान Online माध्यम से करें।

  • सभी जानकारी को एक बार अच्छे से चेक करें और फिर अंतिम सबमिट बटन पर क्लिक करें।

  • अंत में आवेदन फॉर्म का प्रिंटआउट निकालकर या PDF डाउनलोड करके भविष्य के लिए सुरक्षित रख लें।

Allahabad High Court Private Secretary (Grade-I): Selection Process

Allahabad High Court Private Secretary की चयन प्रक्रिया में Candidates का चयन तीन चरणों में किया जाएगा। इसका उद्देश्य ऐसे Skilled Candidates चुनना है जो Judge की Administrative और Confidential काम में सही तरीके से मदद कर सकें।

Stage 1: पहले चरण में तीन Parts होते हैं। Part A में लिखित परीक्षा होगी जिसमें 100 प्रश्न पूछे जाएंगे और यह कुल 200 अंकों की  होगी | इस टेस्ट में Negative मार्किंग नहीं होगी और कोई Minimum Qualifying अंक भी तय नहीं है। इसके बाद Part B में Computer Knowledge Test होगा जो 100 अंकों का होगा और इसे पूरा करने के लिए 15 मिनट मिलेंगे। इसमें Candidates को कम से कम 50 अंक लाने होंगे। फिर Part C में Subjective Translation टेस्ट होगा, जो 100 अंकों का होगा और इसे भी करने के लिए 15 मिनट दिए जाएंगे। इस टेस्ट में भी कम से कम 50 अंक लाना जरूरी है।

Stage 2: चरण 1 में Shortlisted Candidates को Shorthand Dictation Test के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। इसमें 5 मिनट के लिए Dictation दी जाएगी और फिर 30 मिनट में उसका Transcription करना होगा। यह टेस्ट 200 अंकों का होगा और इसमें कम से कम 160 अंक लाना जरूरी है।

Stage 3: चरण 1 और चरण 2 Qualify करने वाले Candidates को अंतिम चरण यानी Interview के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। यह Interview 75 अंकों का होगा। सभी चरणों के प्रदर्शन के आधार पर अंतिम चयन किया जाएगा।

Final Merit List:

इस भर्ती में अंतिम मेरिट सूची उम्मीदवारों के Stage-I, Stage-II और Stage-III में प्राप्त कुल अंकों के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी। इन्हीं अंकों के आधार पर उम्मीदवारों की अंतिम रैंक तय होगी।

  • अंतिम मेरिट सूची में शामिल होने के लिए उम्मीदवारों को Stage-I के Part-B (Computer Knowledge Test) और Part-C (Translation Test) में कम से कम 50 अंक (100 में से) प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है।

  • इसके साथ ही Stage-II Shorthand Dictation Test में कम से कम 160 अंक (200 में से) प्राप्त करना भी जरूरी है, तभी उम्मीदवार को मेरिट सूची के लिए योग्य माना जाएगा।

  • अंतिम मेरिट सूची की मान्यता लगभग एक वर्ष तक रहेगी या फिर अगली भर्ती / चयन प्रक्रिया होने तक, जो भी पहले हो।

Allahabad High Court Private Secretary (Grade-I) परीक्षा की अच्छी तैयारी के लिए सबसे पहले उम्मीदवारों को पूरा Syllabus और परीक्षा के पैटर्न को ध्यान से समझ लेना चाहिए। General Studies के लिए रोजाना Current Affairs, इतिहास, Polity और भूगोल जैसे विषयों की नियमित पढ़ाई करें और अपने बेसिक विषयों को मजबूत रखें।

साथ ही इस भर्ती में English shorthand और Typing Speed बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है, इसलिए रोज इसकी नियमित Practice करना जरूरी है। Computer Test के लिए Basic Computer Knowledge, MS Word और Data Entry की अच्छी समझ रखें। इसके अलावा पिछले वर्षों के प्रश्न पत्रों और Mock Test हल करने से परीक्षा का लेवल समझ में आता है और Speed व Accuracy भी बेहतर होती है। सबसे जरूरी है कि उम्मीदवार रोज एक Fixed Study Routine बनाकर लगातार अभ्यास करें, इससे परीक्षा में अच्छा प्रदर्शन करने में मदद मिलती है।
