Note: आयु सीमा में छूट सरकारी नियमों के अनुसार दी जाएगी। उत्तर प्रदेश के SC और OBC वर्ग के उम्मीदवारों को अधिकतम आयु सीमा में 5 वर्ष की छूट मिलेगी (जन्म 01.01.1986 से पहले नहीं होना चाहिए)। दिव्यांगजन उम्मीदवारों को अधिकतम आयु सीमा में 15 वर्ष की छूट दी जाएगी।

Note: Online Payment करते समय लगने वाले बैंक लेनदेन शुल्क का भुगतान उम्मीदवार को करना होगा। यदि परीक्षा दो चरणों (Preliminary और Main) में आयोजित की जाती है, तो उम्मीदवारों को दोनों चरणों के लिए परीक्षा शुल्क अलग-अलग देना होगा।

Application Process :

  1. Visit Official Website: सबसे पहले आपको बोर्ड की Official Website पर जाना होगा।
  2. Registration: Website पर “APPLY ONLINE” या “Click here for New Registration” लिंक पर क्लिक करें। अपनी जानकारी जैसे नाम, ईमेल आईडी और मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज करें। इसके बाद आपको एक Registration Number और पासवर्ड मिलेगा, जिसे सुरक्षित रखें।
  3. Fill Application Form: फॉर्म में मांगी गई सभी जानकारी जैसे शैक्षणिक योग्यता, पता और श्रेणी आदि भरें।
  4. Upload Documents: अब अपनी फोटो (4.5 cm × 3.5 cm), हस्ताक्षर, बाएं हाथ के अंगूठे का निशान और Handwritten Declaration को निर्धारित आकार और प्रारूप में स्कैन करके अपलोड करें।
  5. Verify Details: फॉर्म जमा करने से पहले “Preview” विकल्प पर क्लिक करके भरी हुई सभी जानकारी को ध्यान से जांच लें। यदि कोई गलती हो तो उसे ठीक कर लें।
  6. Payment of Fee: जानकारी सही होने पर भुगतान प्रणाली के माध्यम से अपनी श्रेणी के अनुसार आवेदन शुल्क का ऑनलाइन भुगतान करें (Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI आदि के माध्यम से)।
  7. Final Submit and Print: भुगतान सफल होने के बाद E-Receipt बनेगी। इसके बाद भरे हुए आवेदन पत्र और E-Receipt का प्रिंट निकालकर भविष्य के लिए सुरक्षित रख लें।

UP Co-operative Bank Recruitment 2026 : Selection Process

  • Preliminary Examination (If Required): यदि किसी पद के लिए बहुत अधिक आवेदन आते हैं, तो बोर्ड सबसे पहले प्रारम्भिक परीक्षा आयोजित कर सकता है। यह एक Screening परीक्षा होगी। इसमें सफल होने वाले उम्मीदवार ही अगले चरण में जाएंगे। Note: प्रारम्भिक परीक्षा के अंक अंतिम मेरिट सूची में नहीं जोड़े जाएंगे।
  • Main Examination: यह चयन प्रक्रिया का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण चरण है। प्रारम्भिक परीक्षा में सफल (या सीधे चुने गए) उम्मीदवारों को मुख्य परीक्षा देनी होगी। इसमें बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न पूछे जाएंगे। अंतिम चयन इसी परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर होगा।
  • Interview (For Category 1 & 2): Manager, Junior Manager और Assistant Engineer जैसे पदों के लिए मुख्य परीक्षा पास करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
  • Skill Test (For Category 3): Assistant/Typist जैसे पदों के लिए टाइपिंग परीक्षा आयोजित की जाएगी। 
  • Document Verification: अंतिम चयन से पहले चुने गए सभी उम्मीदवारों के मूल दस्तावेज (जैसे अंक पत्र, जाति प्रमाण पत्र, कंप्यूटर प्रमाण पत्र आदि) की जांच की जाएगी। आवेदन पत्र में दी गई जानकारी सही होनी चाहिए।

  • Focus on Basics: Numerical Ability और Reasoning की बुनियादी बातें पहले अच्छे से समझें। इसके बाद ही कठिन प्रश्नों का अभ्यास करें।
  • Read Newspapers: सामान्य ज्ञान और आर्थिक जानकारी के लिए रोज़ समाचार पत्र पढ़ें। Current Affairs के लिए मासिक पत्रिका का उपयोग करें और बैंकिंग से जुड़ी खबरों पर ध्यान दें।
  • Practice Mock Tests: ऑनलाइन अभ्यास परीक्षा देना बहुत जरूरी है। इससे आपकी गति और सटीकता दोनों बेहतर होती हैं और आपको परीक्षा के माहौल की आदत भी पड़ती है।

Admit Card

  • परीक्षा से कुछ दिन पहले बोर्ड द्वारा Admit Card जारी किया जाएगा।
  • उम्मीदवार Official Website पर जाकर अपना Admit Card डाउनलोड कर सकेंगे।
  • डाउनलोड करने के लिए उम्मीदवार को अपना पंजीकरण संख्या / अनुक्रमांक और पासवर्ड / जन्म तिथि दर्ज करनी होगी।
  • Note: बोर्ड द्वारा किसी भी उम्मीदवार को Admit Card डाक के माध्यम से नहीं भेजा जाएगा।
  • परीक्षा केंद्र पर जाने से पहले Admit Card का प्रिंट और एक मान्य फोटो पहचान पत्र (जैसे Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID) की Original Copy तथा उसकी Photo Copy साथ ले जाएँ।
  • Admit Card पर दी गई सभी जानकारी (जैसे आपका नाम, परीक्षा केंद्र, तिथि और समय) को ध्यान से जाँच लें।

Result

  • परीक्षा समाप्त होने के बाद बोर्ड अपनी Official Website पर Result घोषित करेगा।
  • उम्मीदवार पंजीकरण संख्या और पासवर्ड की सहायता से अपना परिणाम देख सकेंगे।
  • यदि प्रारम्भिक परीक्षा आयोजित होती है, तो उसके परिणाम के आधार पर उम्मीदवारों को मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए चुना जाएगा।
  • मुख्य परीक्षा के परिणाम के आधार पर Category 1 और Category 2 के उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार के लिए तथा Category 3 के उम्मीदवारों को कौशल परीक्षा के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
  • अंतिम चयन सूची मुख्य परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार / Skill Test में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी।
