Full Information Indian Post-IPPB Executive 2024: Selection Process, Salary, Syllabus
IPPB stands for India Post Payment Bank Limited. IPPB releases the notification to invite the applications of the eligible applicants for the pposts of executive under the GDS (Gramin Dak Sevak) Department. The registration portal was open from 11 October 2024 to 31 October 2024 on the official website, https://www.ippbonline.com/.
The total posts released were 344 vacancies. The official notification contains all the information and details regarding the vacancy. Interested candidates may visit the portal or can check out our website to get the details about the post and examination.
TOTAL VACANCIES
The vacancies are given state-wise.
For the states of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Laddakh, Goa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Lakshadweep, Puducherry, and Sikkim, there is only 1 vacancy for the IPPB Executive post.
For Andhra Pradesh, there are 8 vacancies.
For Arunachal Pradesh, there are 5 vacancies.
For Assam, there are a total of 16 vacancies.
For Bihar, there are a total of 20 vacancies.
For Chandigarh, there are a total of 2 vacancies.
For Chattisgarh, there are a total of 15 vacancies.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- AGE LIMIT
The minimum age of a candidate to apply for this post is 20 years, and the maximum age is 35 years.
There are certain age relaxations also provided for the reserved categories according to the Indian Government regulations. They are as provided below:
For the category of SC/ST, the upper age relaxation is 5 years.
For the category of OBC (Creamy Layer), the age relaxation is 3 years.
For PWD-UR, it is 10 years.
For PWD-SC/ST, it is 15 years.
For PWD-OBC (non-creamy layer), it is 13 years.
- EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
To be eligible for the post of IPPB executive, the candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognised university or institution. She/he must also have at least 2 years of experience as a Gramin Dak Sevak within the posts department.

Candidates must visit the official website of the IPPB Executive 2024 through online mode and follow the given steps to apply for the examination of IPPB Executive.
- Click on the career section on the official page.
- Go to the ‘recruitment of 344 executive-apply online.’
- Click on the ‘new registration’ and enter the required details over there.
- Upload the scanned photo and signature or any other document, as asked.
- Once done, check the entered details carefully.
- Submit the application form.
- Pay the application fee.
- Download the IPPB Executive application form and print it out for further use.
APPLICATION FEE
There is an application fee of 750 INR for the applying candidates. The fees is non-refundable.
SELECTION PROCESS
There are two stages for the selection of IPPB executive recruitment 2024: 1. written examination and 2. Personal interview of the candidate.
The candidate will be first assessed for her/his performance in the first stage; once they clear the first stage, it is followed by the second stage.
EXAM PATTERN AND SYLLABUS
In order to be able to secure the post of IPPB Executive, the candidates must be familiar with the post’s exam pattern and syllabus to score better and be efficient in the exam.
The online exam pattern of the written examination is provided below:
Subjects included in the written exam are reasoning, English language, computers, general awareness, and numerical ability. All these subjects contain 30 questions of 30 marks. The total marks of the whole written examination are, thus, 150 marks. The time duration given for completing the examination is 130 minutes.
PAY SCALE
The pay range of the IPPB Executive is 30,00 INR, including all the statutory deductions and contributions.
