इस भर्ती के अंतर्गत Candidates का चयन विभिन्न चरणों के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।

Stage 1 (CBT) Computer-Based Test (100 Marks) Online written exam assessing General Knowledge (50 objective questions) and English Composition (20 objective questions plus 30 subjective marks for Essay, Letter, Precis, and Punjabi-to-English Translation).
Stage 2 (CPT) Computer Proficiency Test (Qualifying) Practical computer skill test comprising Part-I Spreadsheet Test (10 minutes, minimum 4/10 marks required) and Part-II English Computer Typing Test (minimum 30 W.P.M. speed).
