उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार (UP Government) ने राज्य की District Courts में Pending Cases के तेजी से निपटारे और आमजन को Speedy Justice दिलाने के लिए एक बड़ा कदम उठाया है। शासन द्वारा जारी नए आदेश (Government Order) के तहत, प्रदेश में First Phase के दौरान कुल 900 नई अदालतों के गठन और उनके सुचारू संचालन के लिए 9,084 से अधिक Post Creation की मंजूरी दी गई है। इस ऐतिहासिक निर्णय से अदालतों में मुकदमों का बोझ कम होगा और Judicial Process में तेजी आएगी।

Recruitment Process and Important Rules
नए अदालतों न्यायालयों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया से जुड़े नियमों को समझाया गया है:
Filling Existing Vacancies First
- नई भर्ती प्रक्रिया अभी तुरंत शुरू नहीं होगी।
- सबसे पहले उन पुराने स्वीकृत पदों को भरा जाएगा जो फिलहाल खाली पड़े हैं।
Infrastructure Requirement
- पुराने खाली पद भरने के बाद, नए पदों के लिए जरूरी सुविधाएं और वित्तीय संसाधन उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे।
- जब आवश्यक आधारभूत ढांचा (Infrastructure) तैयार हो जाएगा, तब ही नवसृजित पदों पर भर्ती शुरू की जाएगी।
Outsourcing Norms
- अर्दली (न्यायालय या कार्यालय का चपरासी/सहायक) , चपरासी और दफ्तरी जैसे पदों पर सीधी भर्ती नहीं होगी।
- इन पदों पर Manpower की व्यवस्था GeM Portal के जरिए आउटसोर्सिंग से की जाएगी।
