इसे मुख्य रूप से दो भागों में बाँटा गया है – Educational Qualification और आयु सीमा। सभी शर्तें 30 April 2026 तक पूरी होनी चाहिए।

SBI Trade Finance Officer Recruitment : Application Fee And Process
आवेदन करते समय उम्मीदवारों को Application Fee जमा करना होगा। यह शुल्क किसी भी स्थिति में वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।

Application Process
- सबसे पहले SBI की Official Website पर जाएँ और Careers सेक्शन खोलें। वहाँ Recruitment Advertisement नंबर CRPD/SCO/2026-27/05 पर क्लिक करें।
- अब Apply Online लिंक खोलें और New Registration करें। यहाँ अपना Name, Mobile Number और Email ID दर्ज करें।
- Registration पूरा होने के बाद आपको एक Registration Number और Password मिलेगा। इसे सुरक्षित रखें।
- अब Online Application Form को ध्यान से भरें। यदि फॉर्म एक बार में पूरा नहीं भर पा रहे हैं, तो उसे Save भी कर सकते हैं और बाद में Login करके Edit कर सकते हैं।
- इसके बाद अपनी Recent Photograph और Signature Upload करें। फोटो और हस्ताक्षर साफ और स्पष्ट होने चाहिए।
- अब जरूरी Documents Upload करें, जैसे:
- Resume / Biodata
- ID Proof
- Date Of Birth Proof
- Degree Certificate
- IIBF Forex Certificate
- Experience Certificate
- Caste/PwBD Certificate (यदि लागू हो)
- NOC (अगर Government/PSU में कार्यरत हैं)
- सभी Documents PDF Format में होने चाहिए और उनका Size 500 KB से कम होना चाहिए।
- General/OBC/EWS उम्मीदवारों को Online Fee Payment करना होगा। भुगतान Debit Card, Credit Card या Internet Banking से किया जा सकता है।
- Payment सफल होने के बाद आपकी E-Receipt और Application Form Generate होगा। इसका Printout भविष्य के लिए सुरक्षित रखें।
Photograph Rules
- फोटो Recent Passport Size Color Photo होनी चाहिए।
- Background हल्का या White होना चाहिए।
- Photo Size: 20 KB – 50 KB
- उम्मीदवार का चेहरा साफ दिखाई देना चाहिए।
- Caps, Dark Glasses या भारी Shadow वाली फोटो मान्य नहीं होगी।
Signature Rules
- Signature White Paper पर Black Ink Pen से करें।
- Signature Size: 10 KB – 20 KB
- CAPITAL LETTERS में Signature स्वीकार नहीं होगा।
Important Instructions
- आवेदन करने से पहले सभी जानकारी Verify कर लें।
- गलत Information देने पर Application Reject हो सकता है।
- Final Submission के बाद Form Edit नहीं किया जा सकेगा।

Job Profile And Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
आपके मुख्य काम इस प्रकार होंगे:
- दस्तावेज़ों की जाँच: बैंक गारंटी, Letter Of Credit और अन्य कागज़ात की बैंक और रिज़र्व बैंक के Rules के अनुसार जाँच करना।
- लेनदेन प्रक्रिया: Forex और Business से जुड़े लेनदेन को सही समय के अंदर पूरा करना।
- Reconciliation: अलग-अलग कंप्यूटर सिस्टम में दर्ज Numbers और Accounts का सही मिलान करना।
- नियमों का पालन: विभाग के नियमों का पूरी तरह से पालन करना और Audit रिपोर्ट समय पर जमा करना।
SBI Trade Finance Officer Recruitment 2026 : Selection Process
इस भर्ती के लिए Selection Process बहुत ही सीधी रखी गई है। इसमें कोई Written Exam नहीं होगी। चयन मुख्य रूप से दो Stages में होगा:
- Shortlisting: आवेदन करने वाले सभी उम्मीदवारों को Interview के लिए नहीं बुलाया जाएगा। बैंक एक Committee बनाएगा जो आवेदकों की Eligibility और Experience के आधार पर उनके फॉर्म की Shortlisting करेगी। सिर्फ चुने गए उम्मीदवारों को ही अगले चरण के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
- Interview: चुने गए उम्मीदवारों को Interview के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। यह कुल 100 Marks का होगा। इसमें पास होने के लिए ज़रूरी अंक बैंक द्वारा ही तय किए जाएंगे।
- Merit List: अंतिम चयन पूरी तरह से Interview में मिले अंकों के आधार पर होगा। अंकों को घटते क्रम में रखकर एक मेरिट सूची बनाई जाएगी। अगर दो उम्मीदवारों के अंक एक समान होते हैं, तो जिस उम्मीदवार की उम्र ज़्यादा होगी, उसे सूची में ऊपर रखा जाएगा।
Note: जिन उम्मीदवारों का CIBIL स्कोर ख़राब है (यानी जिन्होंने किसी बैंक का पुराना लोन नहीं चुकाया है), वे इस नौकरी के लिए योग्य नहीं माने जाएंगे। बैंक से Joining से पहले आपका CIBIL Past बिल्कुल साफ होना ज़रूरी है।

SBI Trade Finance Officer Recruitment 2026 : Syllabus
The Selection Process is heavily dependent on the Personal Interview. To clear the Interview, Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge regarding their field.
- Trade Finance Basics: Concepts of Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Letters of Undertaking (LOU), and Documentary Collections.
- Regulatory Guidelines: Deep understanding of RBI (Reserve Bank of India) Circulars related to Foreign Exchange and Trade Finance.
- FEMA Regulations: Rules under the Foreign Exchange Management Act.
- ICC Guidelines: Thorough knowledge of UCP 600 (Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits), ISBP, URC 522, and URDG 758.
- FEDAI Rules: Foreign Exchange Dealers’ Association of India regulations and operational guidelines.
- Digital Portals: Knowledge about Export Data Processing and Monitoring System (EDPMS) and Import Data Processing and Monitoring System (IDPMS).
- Banking Softwares: Familiarity with Core Banking Systems (CBS) and specialized Trade Finance processing systems.
- Current Affairs: Recent updates in International Trade, Global Economy, and Indian Banking Sector.
Preparation Tips
- Concepts को मज़बूत करें: अपने पुराने काम के अनुभव को अच्छे से दोहराएं। बैंक गारंटी, लेटर ऑफ़ क्रेडिट और विदेशी मुद्रा की Details को गहराई से समझें। Interview लेने वाले अधिकारी आपसे आपके पिछले काम के बारे में बहुत सारे Technical सवाल पूछ सकते हैं।
- नियमों को पढ़ें: बैंकिंग में नियम बहुत जल्दी बदलते हैं। रिज़र्व बैंक (RBI) के नए Rules And Regulations और FEDAI के नियमों को अच्छे से पढ़ें। International नियमों की जानकारी होना इस पद के लिए बहुत ज़रूरी है।
- Communication Skills: Official Notification में साफ़ लिखा है कि उम्मीदवार के पास अच्छी बातचीत और Presentation की Skill होनी चाहिए।
- वर्तमान जानकारी रखें: देश और दुनिया की Economy में क्या चल रहा है, Import-Export के क्या हालात हैं, इन सबकी जानकारी रखें। रोज़ अख़बार पढ़ें।
- Mock Interviews: Interview के डर को भगाने के लिए अपने दोस्तों या पुराने साथियों के साथ Practice करें। इससे आपको अपनी कमियों का पता चलेगा और आपका Confidence बढ़ेगा।
- Documents तैयार रखें: Interview में आपके Resume से बहुत सवाल पूछे जाएंगे। आपने उसमें जो भी लिखा है, उसके सही जवाब देने के लिए पूरी तरह से तैयार रहें।
Admit Card
Interview के लिए Admit Card के बारे में कुछ ज़रूरी बातें नीचे दी गई हैं:
- No Hard Copy: बैंक द्वारा आपके घर के पते पर Admit Card की कोई कागज़ी कॉपी या चिट्ठी नहीं भेजी जाएगी।
- Official Website: उम्मीदवार SBI की Official Website पर जाकर अपना Admit Card आसानी से Download कर सकेंगे।
- सही संपर्क जानकारी: फॉर्म भरते समय अपना सही ईमेल और मोबाइल नंबर ही दें और Result आने तक उसे Active रखें।
- ज़रुरी दस्तावेज़: Interview के दिन Admit Card के साथ-साथ अपने सभी असली दस्तावेज़, पहचान पत्र और अनुभव प्रमाणपत्र लेकर जाना Important है। बिना NOC के Interview देने की Permission नहीं मिलेगी।
Result
- मेरिट के आधार पर: Interview खत्म होने के बाद, 100 में से मिले अंकों के आधार पर अंतिम Result तैयार किया जाएगा।
- Result की घोषणा: अंतिम Result की घोषणा SBI की Official Website पर एक PDF के रूप में की जाएगी।
- समान अंक होने पर: अगर दो उम्मीदवारों के अंक बिल्कुल बराबर होते हैं, तो उम्र में बड़े उम्मीदवार को Result में Preference दी जाएगी।
- Document Verification और Medical Test: Result में नाम आने के बाद उम्मीदवारों के सभी दस्तावेज़ों की गहराई से जाँच होगी। इसके बाद पुलिस जाँच और Medical Fitness Test जाँच भी पास करनी होगी।
- CIBIL जाँच: सबसे ज़रूरी बात, बैंक जुड़ने से पहले आपका CIBIL स्कोर जाँचेगा। अगर आपके नाम पर किसी भी पुराने Loan या क्रेडिट कार्ड का कोई Dues बचा हुआ है, तो आपका Result रोक दिया जाएगा।
