RRB Paramedical Staff भर्ती के अंतर्गत योग्य उम्मीदवारों का चयन विभिन्न चरणों के माध्यम से किया जा रहा है। इस पूरी चयन प्रक्रिया और वर्तमान स्थिति को समझने के लिए नीचे दी गई तालिका को देखें:

RRB Paramedical Staff DV Call Letter : Document Verification
Document Verification (DV) के दौरान Railway के अधिकारियों द्वारा आपके सभी शैक्षणिक, व्यक्तिगत और श्रेणी-आधारित दस्तावेजों की Original Document की जांच की जाती है । इस प्रक्रिया का मुख्य उद्देश्य यह सुनिश्चित करना होता है कि Candidate ने Online Application भरते समय जो भी दावे किए थे, वे पूरी तरह से वैध हैं या नहीं । जब आप DV Process का हिस्सा बनेंगे, तो वहां निम्नलिखित चरण पूरे किए जाएंगे:
- Online Portal Upload: उम्मीदवारों को अपने DV की तिथि से पहले https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbd के माध्यम से अपने सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेजों (जैसे Educational Qualifications, Community Certificate), अपनी Photo और Signature की स्कैन की हुई प्रतियां अपलोड करनी होंगी । ये सभी Scanned copies पूरी तरह से Colours होनी चाहिए । यह लिंक अलग से जारी होने वाले DV Schedule Notice के अनुसार सक्रिय किया जाएगा ।
- Biometric Verification: DV Center पर सबसे पहले आपके Fingerprints और Biometric Data का मिलान आपके CBT Exam के समय लिए गए Data से किया जाएगा ताकि किसी भी प्रकार के धोखाधड़ी को रोका जा सके।
- Certificate Checking: इसके बाद Verification Officer आपके सभी Original Certificates को एक-एक करके जांचेंगे । आपके सभी Certificates केवल English या Hindi में भाषा होने चाहिए । आपके नाम, माता-पिता के नाम और जन्मतिथि की स्पेलिंग का मिलान आपके Application Form से किया जाएगा।
- Xerox Submission: उम्मीदवारों को अपने सभी Original Documents के साथ A4 Size की Self-Attested Photocopies के दो सेट भी वहां जमा करने होंगे ।
- No Additional Time: रेलवे नियमों के अनुसार, DV की निर्धारित तिथि पर अपने मूल प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत न करने पर उम्मीदवारों को कोई Additional Time नहीं दिया जाएगा । जो उम्मीदवार :अपने DV और चिकित्सा परीक्षा के दौरान अनुपस्थित रहेंगे, उनकी Candidature तुरंत रद्द कर दी जाएगी ।
Document Required For DV :
Document Verification के दिन आपको अपने सभी Original Documents के साथ-साथ उनके Self-Attested Photocopies के दो सेट और DV Call Letter लेकर जाना होगा । आधिकारिक स्रोतों के अनुसार आवश्यक दस्तावेजों की सूची नीचे दी गई है:Important Note: यदि आपके किसी Certificate में आपके नाम या माता-पिता के नाम की Spelling में कोई त्रुटि (Error) है, तो इसके समाधान के लिए पहले से ही एक Legal Affidavit बनवाकर अपने साथ जरूर रखें।

RRB Paramedical Staff DV Call Letter : What After The DV ?
Document Verification की प्रक्रिया सफलतापूर्वक पूरी होने के अगले दिन अथवा दिए गए निर्देशानुसार उम्मीदवारों को Medical Examination के लिए भेजा जाता है । इसके लिए आपको संबंधित RRB के अधिकार क्षेत्र में स्थित नामित Railway Hospital में उपस्थित होना होता है ।
- Medical Fee: अभ्यर्थियों को Medical Examination के लिए निर्धारित चिकित्सा शुल्क मात्र ₹24 का भुगतान करना होगा । अस्पताल या स्वास्थ्य इकाई को इसके अतिरिक्त कोई अन्य शुल्क नहीं देना पड़ता है ।
- Extra Investigation Cost: जहां CT Scan, Ultra Ultrasound, या Refractive Eye Surgery की जांच की जानी है और यदि वह सुविधा रेलवे अस्पताल या स्वास्थ्य इकाई में उपलब्ध नहीं है, तो उम्मीदवारों को संबंधित बाहरी प्रयोगशाला/अस्पताल को अपेक्षित भुगतान स्वयं करना पड़ सकता है ।
- Duration & Stay: इस जांच प्रक्रिया में रेलवे अस्पताल के शहर तक की यात्रा भी शामिल होगी । उम्मीदवारों को DV और Medical Examination के लिए 3 से 4 दिनों से अधिक समय तक की तैयारी के साथ आना होगा और अपने रहने-खाने की व्यवस्था स्वयं करनी होगी ।
- Fitness Standards: Paramedical Staff के विभिन्न पदों के लिए रेलवे द्वारा निर्धारित Medical Standards की कड़ाई से जांच की जाएगी। इसमें आपकी Eyesight , General Fitness, और Color Blindness की गहन जांच शामिल है।
- Final Appointment: केवल Document Verification और चिकित्सा जांच के लिए बुलाया जाना किसी उम्मीदवार को रेलवे में नियुक्ति का अधिकार नहीं देता है । जो उम्मीदवार दोनों चरणों में सफल घोषित होते हैं, उनकी उम्मीदवारी पूरी तरह से Provisional रहेगी और अंतिम चयन विशुद्ध रूप से उम्मीदवारों की Merit के आधार पर कम्प्यूटरीकृत प्रक्रिया से किया जाएगा ।
