AAI Junior Executive And Manager परीक्षा में सभी Posts के लिए Computer-Based Test (CBT) आयोजित किया जाएगा। Post-Wise Part-A और Part-B का Weightage नीचे दिया गया है।

• Application Verification & Interview: CBT के बाद Application Verification और Post के अनुसार Subsequent Tests होंगे। Post Codes 1- 11 के लिए Interview भी होगा।
• Physical Tests: Manager (Fire Services) के Candidates को Physical Measurement, Driving और Physical Endurance Tests Qualify करने होंगे। इसके बाद ही Interview में शामिल हो सकेंगे।
• Document Verification: Candidates को Original Certificates, Identity Proof और Self-Attested Photocopies प्रस्तुत करनी होंगी। सरकारी विभागों में कार्यरत Candidates को NOC भी देना होगा।
• Final Selection: Merit List CBT और Interview (जहाँ लागू हो) में Performance तथा Eligibility Criteria के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी।
• Medical Examination: Selection, Medical Standards, Documents Verification और Background Check के अधीन होगा। Medical Examination का खर्च Candidate को खुद उठाना होगा।
• Training & Surety Bond: Manager (Fire Services) के Selected Candidates को ₹5 Lakh का Surety Bond देना होगा और Training पूरी होने के बाद 3 Years तक Service करनी होगी।
• Other Important Details: निर्धारित पदों के लिए Colour Blindness/Night Blindness Rejection Criteria लागू होगा। Selected Candidates की Posting पूरे भारत में कहीं भी हो सकती है।
