SSC CHT (Combined Hindi Translators) एक National लेवल की सरकारी भर्ती परीक्षा है, जिसे Staff Selection Commission (SSC) द्वारा आयोजित किया जाता है। इस परीक्षा के माध्यम से भारत सरकार के विभिन्न Ministries, Departments और Offices में Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator और Senior Hindi Translator के पदों पर भर्ती की जाती है।

इस नौकरी में मुख्य कार्य इंग्लिश से हिन्दी और हिन्दी से इंग्लिश में Translation करना, सरकारी Documents को हिन्दी में तैयार करना और अधिकारिक कामों में हिन्दी भाषा का सही उपयोग Ensure करना होता है। यह परीक्षा उन Candidates के लिए बहुत अच्छा अवसर है, जिनकी हिन्दी और इंग्लिश दोनों भाषाओं पर अच्छी पकड़ है और जो सरकारी क्षेत्र में एक सुरक्षित और सम्मानजनक Career बनाना चाहते हैं।

SSC CHT Notification 2026: Eligibility

Educational Qualification :

For Junior Hindi Translator / Junior Translation OfficerFor Senior Hindi Translator / Senior Translator 

Candidate के पास निम्न में से कोई एक शैक्षणिक योग्यता होना अनिवार्य है:

  • Hindi में master’s degree, जिसमें Graduation लेवल पर English विषय अनिवार्य या optional विषय के रूप में हो,
    या

  • English में master’s degree, जिसमें Graduation लेवल पर हिन्दी विषय अनिवार्य या optional विषय के रूप में हो,
    या

  • किसी भी विषय में master’s degree हो, लेकिन Graduation लेवल पर हिन्दी और English दोनों विषय अनिवार्य या Optional विषय के रूप में होने चाहिए।

इसके साथ-साथ निम्न में से कोई एक अतिरिक्त योग्यता भी आवश्यक है:

  • हिन्दी से इंग्लिश और इंग्लिश से हिन्दी Translation में मान्यता प्राप्त Diploma या Certificate हो,
    या

  • किसी Central Government या State Government Office में हिन्दी - इंग्लिश Translation कार्य का कम से कम 2 वर्ष का अनुभव हो।

इस पद के लिए शैक्षणिक योग्यता Junior Translator के समान ही है, लेकिन अनुभव Requirement अधिक है।

Candidate के पास निम्न में से कोई एक होना चाहिए:

  • हिन्दी-इंग्लिश translation में मान्यता प्राप्त Diploma या Certificate,
    या

  • किसी Central Government या State Government Office में हिन्दी - इंग्लिश translation कार्य का कम से कम 3 वर्ष का अनुभव होना चाहिए|

How to Apply for SSC CHT?

1. Official Website पर Visit करें: सबसे पहले SSC की अधिकारिक website ssc.gov.in पर जाएं।

2. One-Time Registration (OTR) Complete करें: अगर आपने पहले registration नहीं किया है, तो One-Time Registration (OTR) करें। Registration के लिए आधार कार्ड इस्तेमाल करना आसान और Useful रहता है।

3. लॉगिन करें: OTR पूरा होने के बाद, अपने Registration नंबर और पासवर्ड से लॉगिन करें।

4. SSC JHT आवेदन फॉर्म लिंक पर क्लिक करे: लॉगिन करने के बाद “Combined Hindi Translators परीक्षा” के आवेदन लिंक पर क्लिक करें।

5. आवेदन फॉर्म को भरे: अब अपनी सभी जरूरी जानकारी भरें, जैसे:

  • Personal details

  • Educational qualification

  • Exam केंद्र का Preference

6. Live फोटो Capture करें: Camera से अपनी Live फोटो Capture करें। फोटो साफ और Plain Background में होना चाहिए। Cap, मास्क और Glasses नहीं पहनें होने चाहिए।

7. Signature अपलोड करें: अपनी Signature Scan करके अपलोड करें (JPG/JPEG फॉर्मैट में)।

8. Preview और सबमिट करें: सबमिट करने से पहले Preview Option से पूरा फॉर्म चेक करें। सब सही होने पर अंतिम सबमिट करें।

9. आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान करें (अगर applicable हो): अगर आप Exempted Category में नहीं आते हैं, तो Online Fee Payment करके फॉर्म को पूरा करें।

SSC CHT Notification 2026 Soon: Selection Process:

1. Paper-I (Computer Based Examination - CBT)

  • यह चयन प्रक्रिया का पहला चरण होता है।
  • यह परीक्षा Online मोड में आयोजित की जाती है।
  • इसमें Objective Type (बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न- MCQ) पूछे जाते हैं।
  • इस पेपर में सामान्य हिन्दी और सामान्य इंग्लिश से प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं।
  • यह पेपर Qualify करना जरूरी होता है, तभी अगले चरण में जा सकते हैं।

2. Paper-II (Descriptive Paper)

  • पेपर -I में Qualify करने वाले Candidates को पेपर-II के लिए Shortlist किया जाता है।
  • यह Descriptive प्रकार परीक्षा होती है।
  • इसमें Candidates की Translation Ability (हिन्दी से इंग्लिश और इंग्लिश सेहिन्दी ) और Essay Writing Skill की जांच की जाती है।

3. Final Merit List

  • अंतिम चयन पेपर -I और पेपर -II दोनों के कुल अंकों के आधार पर किया जाता है।
  • Candidates की मेरिट और रैंक के अनुसार अंतिम चयन होता है।
  • पोस्ट और Department का Allotment Candidate की मेरिट Position और दी गई Preferences के आधार पर किया जाता है।

4. Document Verification

  • अंतिम परिणाम के बाद चयनित Candidates का Document Verification (DV) किया जाता है।
  • इसमें Candidates के educational certificates, identity proof, category certificate आदि की जांच की जाती है।
  • यह प्रक्रिया संबंधित Department या Organization द्वारा पूरी की जाती है।

How to check Result?

1. आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाएं: सबसे पहले SSC की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट ssc.gov.in को अपने Browser में खोलें।

2. परिणाम सेक्शन पर क्लिक करें: फिर होमपेज पर दिए गए परिणाम लिंक पर क्लिक करें।

3. संबंधित परीक्षा का परिणाम लिंक चुनें: अब “Combined Hindi Translators परीक्षा ” के परिणाम लिंक को खोजें और उस पर क्लिक करें।

4. परिणाम की PDF फाइल खोलें: लिंक पर क्लिक करने के बाद परिणाम की PDF फाइल खुल जाएगी, जिसमें चयनित Candidates के रोल नंबर और नाम दिए होंगे।

5. अपना रोल नंबर खोजें: PDF में अपना रोल नंबर खोजने के लिए Ctrl + F दबाएं और अपना रोल नंबर दर्ज करें। यदि आपका रोल नंबर लिस्ट में है, तो आप चयनित माने जाएंगे।

6. परिणाम को डाउनलोड और सुरक्षित रखें: परिणाम PDF को डाउनलोड करें और भविष्य में उपयोग के लिए अपने Device में सुरक्षित सेव करके रखें। यह Document आगे की Document Verification (DV) प्रक्रिया में काम आ सकता है।

4. लॉगिन जानकारी Enter करें: अपना Registration नंबर / Roll नंबर और पासवर्ड / Date of Birth Enter करें।
