Cut-Off Marks: This Year vs Previous Years
The cut-off mark is the minimum score you need to pass. This year, the exam was for 200 Marks. The cut-off will be decided based on 200 marks.
Expected Cut-Off 2025
| Category | Expected Cut-Off Marks (Out of 200) | Safe Score (Questions out of 120) |
| General (UR) | 145 – 155 | 88 – 94 Questions |
| OBC | 138 – 148 | 84 – 90 Questions |
| EWS | 135 – 145 | 82 – 88 Questions |
| SC | 125 – 135 | 76 – 82 Questions |
| ST | 115 – 125 | 70 – 76 Questions |
Comparison with Past Years
In the past, exams for Class IV jobs had very high cut-offs. Sometimes, it went up to 75%. This is because many people apply for these jobs, even those with higher degrees. However, this year there is a Negative Marking of 1/3. This means marks will be cut for wrong answers. Because of this, the cut-off might be slightly lower than before.
What is Next After the Result
- Final Answer Key: The board will check all objections. If they find errors, they will correct them and release a Final Answer Key.
- Result Declaration: The board will announce the result based on the final key. We expect this in January or February 2026.
- Document Verification (DV): If you pass the written test, you will be called for Document Verification. Usually, they call 2 times the number of vacancies. You must show your 10th class mark sheet, caste certificate, and residence proof.
- Final Merit List: After checking documents, a final list will be made. If your name is on this list, you will get the job.
Selection Process
The selection for the Rajasthan 4th Grade post is simple but strict.
- Written Exam: This is the first and most important stage. You must score high marks here.
- Document Verification: Only those who clear the cut-off will go to this stage. Your original documents are checked here.
- Medical Examination: A basic medical check-up is done to ensure you are fit for the job.
