पंजाब पुलिस (Punjab Police) ने कांस्टेबल (District And Armed Cadre) पदों की भर्ती के लिए Stage I यानी Computer Based Test का रिजल्ट जारी कर दिया है। इस साल पंजाब पुलिस ने कुल 3298 पदों (District Cadre के लिए 2522 और Armed Cadre के लिए 776) के लिए Official Notification जारी किया था। यह एक State Level की नौकरी है, जिसमें समाज की सेवा करने का मौका मिलता है|
इस नौकरी के लिए Select होने वाले उम्मीदवारों को पहले तीन साल के लिए 19,900 रुपये प्रति माह की सैलरी दी जाएगी। इस पद के लिए आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों की योग्यता 12वीं पास (10+2) मांगी गई थी, साथ ही दसवीं कक्षा में पंजाबी भाषा का होना Mandatory था। आयु सीमा 18 से 28 वर्ष के बीच Decide की गई थी, जिसमें Reserved Categories को छूट भी दी गई है।

What’s After The Result?
जो उम्मीदवार Stage I में पास हो गए हैं, उन्हें अब भर्ती के Next Stages से गुजरना होगा। रिजल्ट आने के बाद की प्रक्रिया नीचे समझाई गई है:
- Stage II (Physical Screening Test & Physical Measurement Test): CBT में पास हुए उम्मीदवारों को अब PST (दौड़, लंबी कूद, ऊंची कूद) और PMT (Measurements) के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। यह चरण केवल Qualifying नेचर का होता है, इसके अंक मेरिट में नहीं जुड़ते। इसके लिए Official Website पर अलग से एडमिट कार्ड जारी किए जाएंगे।

- Stage III (Document Scrutiny): Physical टेस्ट पास करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को अब अपने सभी Original Documents की जांच करवानी होगी।
- Merit List Preparation: Documents की जांच के बाद, Paper I में मिले अंकों और उम्मीदवार द्वारा Fill की गई Cadre की Preference के आधार पर फाइनल मेरिट लिस्ट तैयार की जाएगी।
- Medical Examination: फाइनल मेरिट में आने वाले उम्मीदवारों का मेडिकल बोर्ड द्वारा मेडिकल टेस्ट किया जाएगा। इसमें उम्मीदवारों की Physical Fitness और ‘Substance Abuse Test’ की जाएगी।
- Character And Antecedent Verification: उम्मीदवार के पुलिस Verification और Character की जांच Related विभाग द्वारा की जाएगी।
- Joining And Probation: सब कुछ सही पाए जाने पर उम्मीदवारों को Appointment लेटर दिया जाएगा। जॉइन करने के बाद सभी उम्मीदवारों को नियमों के अनुसार ट्रेनिंग और Probation Period पर रखा जाएगा।

- महिला उम्मीदवारों के लिए (जो General/Open/UR कैटेगरी में आती हैं), पंजाब सरकार द्वारा जारी Domicile Certificate।
- Reservation का लाभ लेने वाले उम्मीदवारों के लिए अधिकारी द्वारा जारी किया गया Category Certificate।
