Stipend Structure during Probation: मध्य प्रदेश सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग के परिपत्र दिनांक 12 दिसंबर, 2019 के अनुसार, नवनियुक्त कर्मचारियों को वेतनमान के न्यूनतम का निम्नानुसार स्टाइपेंड देय होगा:
1st Year: वेतनमान के न्यूनतम का 70%
2nd Year: वेतनमान के न्यूनतम का 80%
3rd Year: वेतनमान के न्यूनतम का 90%
Allowances: दिए गए वेतनमान के अलावा, समय-समय पर शासन द्वारा स्वीकृत अन्य भत्ते तथा परिलब्धियां भी देय होंगी।

Official Announcement:

लिखित परीक्षा (First Stage) और बाद के प्रैक्टिकल टेस्ट का Result official website (esb.mp.gov.in) पर ऑनलाइन जारी किया जाएगा।

Normalization Method:

परीक्षा कई शिफ्टों (shifts) में होने के कारण पारदर्शी मूल्यांकन के लिए Normalization Process लागू करके अभ्यर्थियों का Final Normalised Score निकाला जाएगा।

First Stage Result:

Written Exam के मार्क्स और Category-wise Cut-off के आधार पर सफल उम्मीदवारों का रिजल्ट घोषित किया जाएगा।
