Rajasthan में सरकार ने पिछड़े और आदिवासी क्षेत्रों के विकास के लिए कुछ खास जिलों और ब्लॉक को TSP Area के रूप में घोषित किया है| इस भर्ती के नियमों के अनुसार इन दोनों में यह मुख्य अंतर होता है:

• TSP Area: इस क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत आने वाले पदों पर केवल उसी TSP Area के स्थानीय निवासी ही आवेदन करने के पात्र होते हैं| जैसे कि इस भर्ती में Banswara, Dungarpur, Pratapgarh और Salumber जिलों के स्थानीय निवासियों को प्राथमिकता और आरक्षण का लाभ मिलता है।
• Non-TSP Area: यह सामान्य क्षेत्र होता है, जिसमें राज्य के अन्य सभी जिलों के उम्मीदवार और बाहरी राज्यों के Candidates आवेदन कर सकते हैं| Non-TSP Area के आवेदक फॉर्म भरते समय TSP Area वाले जिलों का चयन नहीं कर सकते हैं।

Rajasthan High Court Stenographer: Eligibility

उम्मीदवारों के लिए आवश्यक शैक्षणिक योग्यता, आयु सीमा और नियमों के अनुसार मिलने वाली छूट की जानकारी इस तालिका में दी गई है।

Education Qualification	1. Must have passed Senior Secondary Examination in Arts, Science or Commerce from Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education or equivalent. 2. Good working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagri script & of Rajasthani Dialects. 3. Passed “O” or Higher Level Certificate Course by DOEACC / COPA or DPCS / Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Application / Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering / RSCIT / Senior Secondary with Computer Science.
Age (minimum and maximum age)	Minimum 18 years and Maximum 40 years (As on 01.01.2027).
Age Relaxation	SC, ST, OBC, MBC, and EWS Candidates: Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years. Women Candidates: Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years. Ex-Servicemen: Upper age limit is relaxed by 15 years Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): Upper age limit is relaxed by 10 years. Widows and Divorcee Women: There is no upper age limit. NCC Cadet Instructors: Upper age limit is relaxed by a period equal to the service rendered in the N.C.C.. If the resulting age does not exceed the prescribed maximum age limit by more than 3 years, they are deemed to be within the limit.

Phase 2	Computer Speed Test	50 Marks	A 10-minute test conducted using “Kruti Dev 010” font for Hindi and “Calibri” font for English। A minimum typing speed of 8000 key depressions per hour is required। Candidates must score minimum qualifying marks (22.5 for SC/ST/PwBD and 20 for all other categories)
Phase 3	Computer Efficiency Test	50 Marks	A 10-minute test conducted on word processing software. It includes hands-on tasks for the formatting of text, paragraphs, pages, and tables using proper methods, alongside formatting of formal letters. The minimum qualifying score criteria match the Speed Test
Phase 4	Interview	Qualifying (No Marks)	Candidates equal to the total number of vacancies will be called based on initial merit.The sole parameter is to verify that the candidate does not stammer to an extent that makes them unable to read their own written shorthand notes
