  • Candidates must have BE / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engineering) / 5-year Integrated M.Tech.
  • Candidates must have at least 60% aggregate marks (as per university rules).
  • Candidates must have a degree from University / Deemed University / Institute recognized by AICTE / UGC.
  • Candidates must have a valid GATE Score (2024 / 2025 / 2026).
  • Candidates must have GATE discipline same as the qualifying degree discipline

Note:

  • जिन Candidates का अंतिम परिणाम अभी Pending है या जो Final Year/Semester (2026) में हैं, वो भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं। लेकिन Selection होने पर उन्हें 30 November 2026 तक अंतिम परिणाम (Minimum 60% Marks) सबमिट करना होगा।
  • केवल Regular Full-Time On-Campus डिग्री ही Valid होगी। Distance Learning, Correspondence, Part-Time या Research Based Degrees Eligible नहीं होगी।

How to Apply for the NPCIL Executive Trainee?

  1. सबसे पहले Official Website www.npcilcareers.co.in पर जाएं और Apply लिंक पर क्लिक करें।
  2. उसके बाद Registration Form में अपनी जानकारी भरें जैसे: GATE Registration Number, Name, Date of Birth, Category, Email ID, Mobile Number आदि। ध्यान रखें कि सबमिट करने के बाद कोई बदलाव नहीं किया जा सकता।
  3. Registration पूरा होने के बाद आपके Email पर एक Activation लिंक आएगा, उस पर क्लिक करके Account Activate करें।
  4. Account Activate होने के बाद लॉगिन करें और आवेदन फॉर्म भरना शुरू करें।
  5. Form को step by step भरें: Educational Qualification, Work Experience (अगर हो), Personal Details, Interview City Reactor Stream, Photo & Signature अपलोड करें|
  6. हर Step के बाद Save and Next विकल्प का उपयोग करें ताकि आपकी जानकारी सुरक्षित रहे|
  7. अंतिम सबमिट करने से पहले सभी जानकारी ध्यान से चेक करें, क्योंकि सबमिट करने के बाद Correction की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
  8. Form Submit करने के बाद:
    • जिन Candidates को Fee नहीं देनी है, उन्हें सीधे Application Number मिल जाएगा।
    • अन्य Candidates को पहले Online Fee Payment करना होगा|
  9. आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान केवल Online Mode (Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI) से करें। Payment करते समय Refresh या Back न करें।
  10. Successful Submission के बाद अपना आवेदन फॉर्म डाउनलोड या प्रिंट कर लें।
  11. अपना Login ID और Password सुरक्षित रखें, ताकि आप भविष्य में Application Status चेक कर सकें।
  12. Interview के लिए चयन होने पर जानकारी Email या SMS के माध्यम से मिलेगी। Interview के समय Call Letter का प्रिंट साथ लाना अनिवार्य है।
  13. Application में सही Percentage (exact marks) भरें, Rounding Off न करें।
  14. Photo और Signature सही Format में अपलोड करें, अन्यथा आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं होगा।

NPCIL Executive Trainee Recruitment: Selection Process 

Stage Details
Shortlisting for Interview Candidates will be shortlisted based on valid GATE 2024/2025/2026 scores in the ratio of 1:12 (discipline-wise & category-wise). In case of same cutoff marks, all such candidates will be shortlisted.
Eligibility Condition Only candidates with valid GATE 2024, 2025, or 2026 scores are eligible. GATE 2023 or earlier scores are not accepted.
Weightage of GATE Equal weightage will be given to GATE 2024, 2025, and 2026 scores for shortlisting.
PwBD Candidates PwBD candidates will be shortlisted separately in the ratio of 1:12 for each reserved category.
Interview Intimation Shortlisted candidates will receive interview details (date, time, venue) via Email/SMS and can download call letter from official website.
Final Selection Final selection will be based only on performance in the Personal Interview (GATE score not considered in final merit), subject to medical fitness.
Waitlist Waitlist will be prepared equal to number of main selected candidates (discipline & category wise) and will be valid till 21 September 2026.
Interview Schedule Interviews are tentatively scheduled from 8 June to 19 June 2026.
Interview Venues Mumbai (Anushaktinagar), Narora (UP), Kalpakkam (Tamil Nadu), Kaiga (Karnataka).
Document Verification Original documents will be verified at the time of interview. Failure to produce documents will lead to disqualification.

Preparation Tips:

NPCIL Executive Trainee 2026 की तैयारी के लिए Candidates को सबसे ज्यादा फोकस GATE Score पर करना चाहिए, क्योंकि Shortlisting उसी के आधार पर होती है। अपने Engineering Subject के Basic Concepts मजबूत करें और GATE के करें। इसके अलावा पिछले वर्षों के प्रश्न पत्रों को Solve करना बहुत जरूरी है क्योंकि इससे परीक्षा का लेवल और प्रश्नों के पैटर्न को समझने में मदद मिलती है। साथ ही रोज़ाना Mock Tests देने से Speed और Accuracy Improve होती है और Time Management भी बेहतर होता है। पढ़ाई के साथ-साथ Short Notes बनाते रहें ताकि Revision के समय महत्वपूर्ण Points जल्दी याद आ सकें। इसके साथ ही Personal Interview के लिए भी तैयारी करें, जैसे कि Concepts Clear रखना, Simple Language में Explain करना और Confidence Improve करना।

  2. फिर “Admit Card” या “Download Admit Card” लिंक पर क्लिक करें|
  3. फिर अपना Registration Number / Roll Number डालें|
  4. उसके बाद Date of Birth / Password Enter करें|
  5. फिर “सबमिट ” बटन पर क्लिक करें|
  6. यह सब करने के बाद आपका Admit Card स्क्रीन पर दिखाई देगा|
  7. अंत मे उसे डाउनलोड करें और Print निकाल लें|

  2. फिर “Result” या “Scorecard” लिंक पर क्लिक करें
  3. उसके बाद अपना Roll Number / Registration Number डालें|
  4. फिर Date of Birth / Password Enter करें|
  5. उसके बाद “Submit” पर क्लिक करें|
  6. यह सब करने के बाद आपका Result स्क्रीन पर दिखेगा|
  7. अंत मे उसे डाउनलोड करें और Future के लिए सेव कर लें|
