MP High Court Assistant Grade-3 : Eligibility Criteria

Assistant Grade-3 के पद के लिए आवेदन करने वाले सभी उम्मीदवारों को उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा Given कुछ Education Qualification और Age Limit को पूरा करना होगा। यदि कोई उम्मीदवार इन Criterias को पूरा नहीं करता है, तो उसका आवेदन Cancel कर दिया जाएगा। 

Education Qualification

Criteria Details
Educational Qualification Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.
Computer Qualification Must have passed the CPCT (Computer Proficiency Certification Test) conducted by MAP-IT (M.P. Agency for Promotion of Information Technology) or any other agency/institution recognized by the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
Diploma Requirement Must possess a 1-year Diploma in Computer Application from an institution recognized by the Government of Madhya Pradesh.

मध्य प्रदेश राज्य सरकार के लागू नियमों के अनुसार, राज्य के Reserved Categories के उम्मीदवारों को Upper आयु सीमा में Relaxation Provide की जाएगी।

Application Process

इस भर्ती के लिए आवेदन करने की प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह से ऑनलाइन है। उम्मीदवारों को अपना आवेदन MP High Court की Official Website के माध्यम से ही पूरा करना होगा। इसके लिए नीचे दिए गए इन Steps का पालन करें:

  1. सबसे पहले अपने कंप्यूटर या मोबाइल से MP High Court की Official Website www.mphc.gov.in पर जाएं।
  2. होमपेज पर दिखाई दे रहे “Recruitment/Result” नाम के बटन पर क्लिक करें।
  3. इसके बाद एक नया पेज खुलेगा, वहां “Click on-Online Application Forms/Admit Cards” वाले लिंक पर क्लिक करें।
  4. अब आपको Assistant Grade-3 भर्ती का विज्ञापन दिखाई देगा। वहां ‘Advertisement’ लिंक पर क्लिक करके सभी Instructions को पढ़ें।
  5. Instructions को पढ़ने के बाद, उसी पेज पर मौजूद ‘Registration’ लिंक पर क्लिक करें और मांगी गई अपनी सभी जानकारी दर्ज करें। Registration पूरा होने पर आपको अपने मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल पर एक User-ID और Password Share होगा।
  6. अब उस User-ID और Password का Use करके Website पर लॉगिन करें और फिर ‘Application’ लिंक पर क्लिक करें।
  7. आपके सामने पूरा आवेदन फॉर्म खुल जाएगा। इसे पूरा भरें, और अपनी Recent Colored फोटो और Signature अपलोड करें।

MP High Court Assistant Grade-3 : Salary Details 

Assistant Grade-3 के इस पद पर जो भी उम्मीदवार Select होंगे, उन्हें राज्य सरकार के नियमों के अनुसार 7th Pay Commission के Basis पर Attractive वेतन Provide किया जाएगा। इसके अलावा समय-समय पर अन्य भत्ते भी दिए जाएंगे।

Bond Details 
  • Service Bond: Selected candidates must execute a bond of ₹2 Lakh and commit to serving for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Penalty: If a candidate resigns or leaves before completing 3 years, they must pay the ₹2 Lakh bond amount.
  • Exemption: The penalty is waived if the candidate resigns with prior permission to join a job within the Madhya Pradesh State Government or the Central Government

Selection Process

Assistant Grade-3 के पद पर उम्मीदवारों का Selection मुख्य रूप से दो अलग-अलग Phases में किया जाएगा।

  1. Online Preliminary Exam: चयन प्रक्रिया का यह पहला Phase है। यह पूरी तरह से एक Multiple Choice Questions – MCQ Based ऑनलाइन परीक्षा होगी। यह परीक्षा कुल 100 अंकों की होगी। यह परीक्षा केवल उम्मीदवारों की Screening करने के लिए आयोजित की जाती है, और इस परीक्षा में प्राप्त किए गए अंकों को Final Merit List तैयार करते समय नहीं जोड़ा जाएगा।
  2. Hindi Typing Skill Test: जो उम्मीदवार प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में सफल होंगे, केवल उन्हें ही इस दूसरे Phase के लिए Shortlist किया जाएगा। यह Skill परीक्षा कुल 50 अंकों की होगी। उम्मीदवारों का Selection और Final मेरिट सूची पूरी तरह से इस परीक्षा में प्राप्त किए गए अंकों के Basis पर तैयार की जाएगी।

Online Preliminary Exam का पूरा पैटर्न नीचे दी गई टेबल में समझाया गया है। इस टेबल में परीक्षा में आने वाले सभी विषय, No. of Questions, उनके लिए कुल Marks और प्रश्न पत्र का Medium शामिल है।

Note: अगले Phase यानी Skill परीक्षा के लिए कुल Available रिक्तियों के 1:5 के Ratio में मेरिट के आधार पर उम्मीदवारों को शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा।

Additional Details

Skill Test Instruction 
Scoring Basis: Marks will be calculated based on typing speed (NWPM) and Accuracy.

Penalty Deductions:

    • 0.50 marks will be deducted for each omitted (missed) word and each error.
    • 0.10 marks will be deducted for every use of the backspace key.
Qualified candidates must pay a mandatory online portal fee of ₹743.40 to appear for the Hindi Typing Skill Test. 
The skill test will be conducted on a computer. Candidates will be provided with a computer and keyboard; personal devices are not allowed.
A Hindi typing passage will be displayed on the screen and must be typed within the given time.
Hindi typing must be done only in the Remington Gail keyboard layout.
Candidates will get time before the test to check the keyboard. Keyboard complaints during or after the test will not be entertained.
During typing, Delete key, Arrow keys, and Mouse will remain disabled. Only the Backspace key can be used for corrections.
For Assistant Grade-III, candidates must type approximately 350 Hindi words in 10 minutes.
Space will be available only for the 350-word passage. Repeating any word/sentence will be treated as an error, and no extra space will be provided.
Participation in the skill test is provisional. Candidature can be cancelled at any stage if eligibility conditions are not met or documents are found false/fake.

Preparation Tips 

  • Syllabus को गहराई से समझें: तैयारी शुरू करने से पहले परीक्षा के पैटर्न और पूरे Syllabus को बहुत ही अच्छी तरह से समझ लें। यह Analysis कर लें कि किस विषय से कितने प्रश्न आते हैं और फिर उसी के अनुसार अपना Study Plan तैयार करें।
  • Time Management: परीक्षा हॉल में समय का सही Management करना बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है। पिछले वर्षों के पुराने प्रश्न पत्रों को Given समय सीमा के Under हल करने का Try करें ताकि परीक्षा में आपकी Speed और Accuracy दोनों में सुधार हो सके।
  • Typing Practice: आपको यह हमेशा याद रखना चाहिए कि इस परीक्षा में अंतिम चयन का मुख्य Basis केवल Typing Skill Test ही है। इसलिए, हर दिन कम से कम 1-2 घंटे Hindi Typing कि Practice करें। यह Practice केवल Remington Gail कीबोर्ड लेआउट पर ही करें क्योंकि परीक्षा उसी पर होगी।
  • Current Affairs: सामान्य ज्ञान और Current Affairs से खुद को हमेशा अपडेट रखने के लिए Daily कोई अच्छा Newspaper पढ़ें। मध्य प्रदेश राज्य से जुड़ी खबरों और घटनाओं पर Special ध्यान दें।

Admit Card 

Preliminary Exam और उसके बाद होने वाला Skill Test दोनों के लिए Admit Card केवल MP High Court की Official Website पर ही ऑनलाइन Available कराए जाएंगे।

  • सभी उम्मीदवार अपने Registration Number और Password का Use करके Website पर लॉगिन करके अपना Admit Card आसानी से डाउनलोड कर सकेंगे।
  • परीक्षा के दिन परीक्षा Center पर Admit Card का एक साफ प्रिंट आउट और साथ में अपना एक Original और Valid फोटो पहचान पत्र (जैसे आधार कार्ड, वोटर आईडी, आदि) ले जाना Mandatory है, इसके बिना प्रवेश नहीं मिलेगा।

Result 

Selection प्रक्रिया के हर एक Phase के पूरा होने के बाद, उसके Result MP High Court की Official Website पर ही Officially घोषित किए जाएंगे।

  • Preliminary Exam Result: ऑनलाइन प्रारंभिक परीक्षा के Results उम्मीदवारों द्वारा प्राप्त किए गए अंकों के Basis पर घोषित किए जाएंगे। अगले Phase यानी Skill परीक्षा के लिए कुल Available रिक्तियों के 1:5 के Ratio में मेरिट के आधार पर उम्मीदवारों को शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा।
  • Model Answers: ऑनलाइन प्रारंभिक परीक्षा के मॉडल उत्तर मध्य प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय की Website पर जारी किए जाएंगे।
  • Objection दर्ज करने की समय-सीमा: यदि किसी उम्मीदवार को किसी उत्तर पर Objection है, तो वह सूचना जारी होने के 7 दिनों के भीतर Objection दर्ज करा सकता है।
  • Final Result/Merit List: उम्मीदवारों की अंतिम मेरिट सूची पूरी तरह से केवल Hindi Typing Skill Test में प्राप्त किए गए अंकों के Basis पर ही तैयार की जाएगी। यदि दो या दो से अधिक उम्मीदवारों के अंक समान होते हैं, तो उस स्थिति में अधिक उम्र वाले उम्मीदवार को Preference दी जाएगी।
  • Result घोषित होने के बाद, उम्मीदवार अपने Marks और अपनी Response Sheet को एक Fees कि ऑनलाइन Payment करके Website पर देख सकेंगे।
