IOCL Apperentice Recruitment 2026 : Application Fee
इस IOCL Recruitment में Candidates को पूरी तरह से Application Fees से राहत दी गई है। किसी भी Category के Candidate को कोई भी Registration Fee नहीं देनी होगी।

Application Process :
Application Process को 2 Stages में बांटा गया है। नीचे दिए गए सभी Steps को बहुत ही ध्यान से पढ़ें और उनका Step-By-Step पालन करें।
Step 1: Registration On Government Portals
- सबसे पहले आपको अपनी Education Qualification के अनुसार Government Portals पर Registration करना होगा।
- यदि आप Trade Apprentice (जैसे Fitter, Data Entry, B.Sc, B.Com) के लिए आवेदन कर रहे हैं, तो आपको NAPS Portal (Apprenticeship India) पर जाना होगा। वहीं, यदि आप Technician Apprentice (Diploma Holders) के लिए आवेदन कर रहे हैं, तो आपको NATS Portal पर Registration करना होगा।
- वहां आपको अपनी पूरी Profile (जैसे नाम, शिक्षा, पता, Photo, Signature आदि) को 100% Complete करना होगा।
- इसके बाद Search Section में जाकर अपनी Related Refinery (जैसे Mathura, Paradip, Gujarat या Bongaigaon) के Establishment ID को खोजना होगा और उस Opportunity पर Apply करना होगा।
Step 2: Microsoft Form Submission
- NAPS या NATS Portal पर आवेदन करने के बाद, आपको IOCL की Official Website पर जाना होगा।
- वहां ‘What’s New’ Section में जाकर अपनी Related Refinery के Notification Link पर Click करें।
- वहां आपको एक Microsoft Form का Link मिलेगा। आपको उस Form में अपनी सभी Personal Information और NAPS/NATS Registration Number दर्ज करके Submit करना होगा।
- दोनों Steps पूरे होने के बाद ही आपका Application पूरी तरह से Accept किया जाएगा।
Note: Form भरते समय वही Mobile Number और Email ID इस्तेमाल करें जो कम से कम अगले एक साल तक Active रहे, क्योंकि सारी Communication वहीं होगी।
IOCL Apperentice Recruitment 2026 : Salary Details
Apprenticeship Training के दौरान Candidates को हर महीने Stipend दिया जाएगा। नीचे दी गई Table में Salary और Allowances से जुड़ी जानकारी दी गई है। यह राशि Government Guidelines के अनुसार तय होती है।

IOCL Apperentice Recruitment 2026 : Selection Process
इस IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 में कोई भी Written Examination या Interview नहीं होगा। Selection की पूरी प्रक्रिया बहुत ही Transparent है और सीधे प्राप्त अंकों की Merit पर Based है। नीचे सभी Steps को समझाया गया है।
Step 1: Merit List Preparation
- सभी Candidates द्वारा Online जमा किए गए Applications की Checking के बाद एक Merit List तैयार की जाएगी।
- यह Merit List आपकी Educational Qualification (जैसे 12th, ITI, Diploma या Degree) में प्राप्त कुल अंकों के Percentage के आधार पर बनेगी। जिसके अंक ज्यादा होंगे, उसे Selection में Preference मिलेगी।
- Tie-Breaking Rule: यदि दो या दो से अधिक Candidates के अंक Equal हो जाते हैं, तो जिसकी Age ज्यादा होगी, उसे Merit में ऊपर रखा जाएगा। अगर उम्र भी समान हुई, तो 10th (Matriculation) में प्राप्त अंकों को देखा जाएगा।
Step 2: Document Verification
- Merit List में Shortlist किए गए सभी Candidates को Document Verification के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
- यहां आपको अपने सभी Original Documents जैसे 10th Marksheet (Date Of Birth Proof के लिए), 12th, ITI, Diploma या Degree Certificates, Caste Certificate, PwBD Certificate और NAPS/NATS Registration का Printout लेकर जाना होगा।
- साथ ही आपको एक Affidavit भी देना होगा कि आपने इससे पहले कहीं और Apprenticeship पूरी नहीं की है।
Step 3: Pre-Engagement Medical Examination
- Document Verification में सफल होने के बाद Candidates को Medical Fitness Test से गुजरना होगा।
- Refinery का काम Hazardous हो सकता है, इसलिए यह Make Sure किया जाता है कि Candidate Medically Fit हो। केवल Fit Candidates को ही Offer Letter दिया जाएगा।
Preparation Tips :
- Profile Completion: सबसे पहले अपने NATS या NAPS Portal की Profile को 100% पूरा करें। अपनी Photo, Signature और Educational Details को सही से Upload करें। अधूरी Profile वाले Application सीधे Reject कर दिए जाते हैं।
- Marks Calculation: अपनी Marksheet में दिए गए CGPA या Grade को Percentage में बदलने का Formula अपने College, Board या University से पहले ही प्राप्त कर लें, क्योंकि Form में सटीक Percentage डालना अनिवार्य है। गलत Percentage डालने पर Merit List से बाहर किया जा सकता है।
- Document Arrangement: अपने सभी Important Documents को एक File में सुरक्षित और Sequence में रखें। अपना Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) Check करें कि वह Government Of India के तय Format में हो और Cut-Off Date (30-06-2026) तक पूरी तरह Valid हो।
- Affidavit Preparation: Document Verification के समय एक Affidavit की आवश्यकता होगी। Official Notification में दिए गए Annexure-A के Format को पहले से ही Print करवा कर रख लें।
- Medical Fitness: Official Notification में दिए गए Medical Rules को ध्यान से पढ़ें। अपनी आँखों की रौशनी, Color Blindness और Health का ध्यान रखें। यदि कोई पुरानी बीमारी है तो उसके Documents साथ रखें।
- Email And Mobile: अपना Email Inbox और Spam Folder Check करते रहें। IOCL से सारी Updates वहीं आएंगी।
- Microsoft Form Accuracy: अंत में, Microsoft Form भरते समय कोई भी Spelling Mistake न करें। अपना Registration Number दो बार Check करके ही Final Submit करें।
Admit Card :
इस Recruitment में Written Exam नहीं होने के कारण कोई Exam Admit Card जारी नहीं किया जाएगा। Document Verification के लिए Call Letter जरूर आएगा।
- Call Letter Release: Document Verification के लिए चुने गए Candidates की Merit List 05-08-2026 को जारी की जाएगी।
- Email Intimation: जिन Candidates का नाम इस Shortlist में होगा, उन्हें उनके Registered Email ID पर Call Letter भेजा जाएगा।
- Website Updates: Call Letter और Verification Dates से जुड़ी सारी Information IOCL की Official Website पर भी Update की जाएगी।
- Required Items: Candidates को अपने Call Letter के Printout के साथ Original Photo ID (Aadhar Card, PAN Card) लेकर Verification Venue पर जाना होगा।
Result :
Selection Process समाप्त होने के बाद, Final Result की घोषणा की जाएगी। Selection का यह अंतिम चरण होता है।
- Final Merit List: Final Result में केवल उन Candidates के नाम शामिल होंगे जिन्होंने Document Verification पूरा कर लिया है और जो Medical Exam में पूरी तरह से Medically Fit पाए गए हैं।
- Publication: यह Final Merit List केवल Official Website पर ही Publish की जाएगी। किसी और Website पर भरोसा न करें।
- Offer Letter: चयनित Candidates को उनके Email के माध्यम से Offer Of Engagement भेजा जाएगा, जिसमें Training शुरू होने की Date और Venue लिखा होगा।
- Fraud Alert: Job के नाम पर पैसे मांगने वाले Fake Calls, Fake Emails या Fake Websites से सावधान रहें। IOCL कभी भी Job के लिए पैसे नहीं मांगता है।
