Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) के अध्यक्ष डॉ. प्रशांत कुमार ने हाल ही में एक State-level Discussion में भाग लिया और कुछ Important Information दीं। उन्होंने बताया कि पिछले चार सालों से जो शिक्षक Pending Teacher Recruitments, उन्हें अब तेजी से पूरा करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। परीक्षा में Irregularities की शिकायतों और Selection Process पर उठ रहे सवालों के बाद, आयोग अब पूरी Transparency लाने के लिए लगातार काम कर रहा है।

Exam Schedule and Key Dates
उत्तर प्रदेश शिक्षा सेवा चयन आयोग ने आने वाली विभिन्न परीक्षाओं के लिए कार्यक्रम की जानकारी दी है:

Recruitment Reforms and Transparency Measures
उत्तर प्रदेश शिक्षा सेवा चयन आयोग के अध्यक्ष डॉ. प्रशांत कुमार ने बताया कि जब उन्होंने 19 दिसंबर को पद संभाला, तब सबसे बड़ा काम रुकी हुई भर्तियों को पूरा करना और छात्रों का भरोसा जीतना था। साल 2022 से असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर, TGT और PGT की कई भर्तियां अटकी हुई थीं।
पिछले 10 महीनों में आयोग ने इन रुकी हुई परीक्षाओं को कराया, उनके रिजल्ट जारी किए और अभ्यर्थियों को Joining Letters भी दिए। इसके अलावा, चार साल बाद हुई TET परीक्षा में 19 लाख अभ्यर्थियों ने भाग लिया, जिनमें से 13 लाख पास हुए हैं। आयोग अब नई तकनीक अपनाकर पूरी चयन प्रक्रिया को पूरी तरह साफ-सुथरा और Fair बना रहा है।
