OAVS द्वारा प्रिंसिपल, शिक्षक और अन्य विभिन्न पदों पर भर्ती के लिए एक Multi-stage Selection Process निर्धारित की गई है। इस भर्ती परीक्षा का संचालन ओडिशा आदर्श विद्यालय संगठन (OAVS) द्वारा किया जाता है। उम्मीदवारों के लिए Exam Pattern और Syllabus को अच्छी तरह समझना बेहद महत्वपूर्ण है, क्योंकि चयन प्रक्रिया के प्रत्येक चरण का अलग महत्व है।
इस भर्ती में सबसे पहले CBT – Computer Based Test आयोजित की जाएगी, जिसके आधार पर अभ्यर्थियों को Interview या Performance Test के लिए Shortlisted किया जाएगा। CBT परीक्षा केवल एक प्रारंभिक और मुख्य स्क्रीनिंग माध्यम है, जबकि Final Merit List CBT और Interview /Performance में प्राप्त अंकों के Weightage के आधार पर तैयार की जाती है।
