Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) ने CEN No. 02/2026 के तहत Technician Gr. I और Technician Gr. III पदों की भर्ती के लिए Computer Based Test यानी CBT की तारीख जारी कर दी है। बोर्ड की ओर से जारी नए नोटिस के अनुसार Technician Gr. I और Technician Gr. III की CBT परीक्षा 06 October 2026 से 09 October 2026 तक आयोजित की जाएगी।
E-Call Letter परीक्षा की तारीख से लगभग 4 दिन पहले डाउनलोड किया जा सकेगा। इसलिए उम्मीदवारों को आगे आने वाली सभी जरूरी जानकारी के लिए केवल Official RRB Websites देखते रहना चाहिए। इस परीक्षा में शामिल होने से पहले उम्मीदवारों को Exam Pattern और Syllabus को अच्छी तरह समझ लेना चाहिए। Technician Gr. I और Technician Gr. III दोनों के CBT में 100 Questions होंगे और परीक्षा के लिए 90 Minutes का समय दिया जाएगा। गलत उत्तर के लिए 1/3 Mark की Negative Marking भी रहेगी। ऐसे में तैयारी के साथ-साथ सही तरीके से प्रश्न हल करना भी जरूरी है।

उम्मीदवारों को ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि CBT के बाद चयन प्रक्रिया में Document Verification और Medical Examination भी शामिल हैं। इसलिए केवल CBT पास करना ही पूरी भर्ती प्रक्रिया का अंतिम चरण नहीं है।
RRB Technician Gr. I & III 2026 : Exam Pattern
- इस भर्ती की CBT परीक्षा दोनों Technician Categories के लिए आयोजित की जाएगी।
- Technician Gr. I और Technician Gr. III के CBT में 100 Questions पूछे जाएंगे और कुल समय 90 Minutes होगा।
- परीक्षा में गलत उत्तर देने पर 1/3 Mark काटा जाएगा।
- अलग-अलग Shifts में परीक्षा होने पर उम्मीदवारों के Marks को Normalization Process के अनुसार सामान्य किया जाएगा।

What’s After The Exam?
CBT में प्राप्त Marks और Merit के आधार पर Candidates को आगे की प्रक्रिया के लिए Shortlist किया जाएगा। Notification के अनुसार Document Verification के लिए Shortlisted Candidates की संख्या Vacancies के बराबर होगी। अगर दो या उससे ज्यादा Candidates के Marks समान होते हैं, तो Merit तय करने के लिए Age Criteria देखा जाएगा। ज्यादा उम्र वाले Candidate को Higher Merit दी जाएगी। अगर Age भी समान है, तो Candidate के दिए गए Name के Alphabetical Order (A To Z) को Tie-Breaker के रूप में लिया जाएगा।
Document Verification के समय Candidates को अपने Original Certificates प्रस्तुत करने होंगे। अगर कोई Candidate Verification की तारीख पर Original Certificates प्रस्तुत नहीं करता है, तो उसकी Candidature Forfeited हो सकती है और इसके लिए कोई Additional Time नहीं दिया जाएगा।
DV के बाद Selected Candidates की Appointment Medical Fitness Test पास करने और सभी जरूरी Documents की Final Verification तथा Antecedents/Character Verification के अधीन रहेगी।
Last Minute Preparation Tips
परीक्षा की तारीख नजदीक आने के बाद नई चीजें पढ़ने के बजाय पहले से तैयार Topics का Revision करना ज्यादा सही रहेगा। खासकर उन Topics पर ध्यान दें जिनमें बार-बार गलतियां हो रही हैं।
- रोजाना एक तय समय पर Mock Test और Previous Practice Questions हल करें।
- Negative Marking को ध्यान में रखते हुए बिना सोचे-समझे Questions Attempt न करें।
- Mathematics और Reasoning में Calculation Speed बढ़ाने की Practice करें।
- General Awareness में Important Current Affairs और जरूरी Facts को Revise करें।
