इस परीक्षा में शामिल होने के लिए उम्मीदवारों के पास किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से Master’s Degree कम से कम 55% अंकों के साथ होनी चाहिए (Reserved वर्गों के लिए यह 50% है)। इस परीक्षा के लिए कोई Maximum आयु सीमा नहीं है, इसलिए किसी भी उम्र के योग्य Candidates इसे दे सकते हैं। यह एक पात्रता परीक्षा है, इसलिए इसमें कोई Direct Vacancy नहीं होती, लेकिन इसे पास करने के बाद आप राज्य की आने वाली Assistant Professor की भर्तियों के लिए योग्य हो जाते हैं।

आंसर की डाउनलोड करना बहुत ही आसान है। इसके लिए आप नीचे दिए गए सरल स्टेप्स को फॉलो कर सकते हैं:

  1. सबसे पहले विभाग की Official Website खोलें।

Steps To Raise Objection

अगर आपको लगता है कि आंसर की में कोई उत्तर गलत दिया गया है, तो आप उस पर Objection दर्ज कर सकते हैं। इसके लिए Board ने Strict Instructions दिए हैं:

  1. सबसे पहले Official Website पर जाएं और अपने प्रोफाइल में लॉगिन करें। इसके लिए आपको अपनी प्रोफाइल आईडी और जन्म तिथि भरनी होगी।
  2. लॉगिन करने के बाद ‘Claim / Objection’ वाले विकल्प पर क्लिक करें।
  3. आपको जिस भी प्रश्न पर Objection है, उसे चुनें और अपना सही उत्तर बताएं।
  4. आपको अपने सही उत्तर को Prove करने के लिए किसी अच्छी और Standard Book की Soft Copy भी अपलोड करना होगा। किसी गाइड बुक का Reference नहीं माना जाएगा।
  5. प्रति प्रश्न आपको 50 रुपये का शुल्क ऑनलाइन जमा करना होगा। बिना पैसे दिए Objection स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे।
  6. Objection दर्ज करने की प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बाद, उसकी Receipt जरूर डाउनलोड कर लें।

What’s After The Answer Key?

आंसर की आने के बाद आगे क्या होगा, इसकी पूरी प्रक्रिया इस प्रकार है:

  • Objections की जांच: सबसे पहले उम्मीदवारों द्वारा दर्ज किए गए सभी Objections की जांच Subject Experts द्वारा की जाती है।
  • फाइनल आंसर की: जांच पूरी होने के बाद एक फाइनल आंसर की जारी की जाती है। इस फाइनल उत्तर कुंजी पर कोई भी उम्मीदवार दोबारा Objection दर्ज नहीं कर सकता है।
  • रिजल्ट की घोषणा: फाइनल आंसर की के आधार पर ही रिजल्ट बनाया जाता है। पेपर 1 और पेपर 2 दोनों में बैठने वाले और कम से कम 40% (Reserved वर्ग के लिए 35%) अंक लाने वाले टॉप 6% उम्मीदवारों को पास Declare किया जाता है।
  • ई-सर्टिफिकेट मिलना: जो उम्मीदवार परीक्षा पास कर लेते हैं, उन्हें विभाग द्वारा एक E-Certificate दिया जाता है।
  • Future Scope: इस सर्टिफिकेट का Use करके आप भविष्य में छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में निकलने वाली असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर की सरकारी भर्तियों के लिए सीधे आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
