Question 1:

When the Chief Justice of a High Court acts in an administrative capacity, he is subject to-

जब किसी उच्च न्यायालय का मुख्य न्यायाधीश प्रशासनिक हैसियत से काम करता है तो वह अधीन होता है- 

• राज्य के राज्यपाल की विवेकशील शक्तियों के the discretionary powers of the Governor of the State

• उच्च न्यायालय के अन्य न्यायाधीशों में से किसी रिट अधिकारिता के the writ jurisdiction of any one of the other Judges of the High Court

• इस विषय में मुख्यमन्त्री को प्रदत्त विशेष शक्तियों के the special powers conferred on the Chief Minister in this matter

• भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश द्वारा प्रयुक्त विशेष नियन्त्रण के the special control exercised by the Chief Justice of India
